Nous avons récemment rénové, ce qui rend cet appareil moderne et confortable. Cela comprend 2 ponts ouverts pour votre plaisir avec une vue panoramique sur le centre-ville d'Asheville et les Blue Ridge Mountains. Le premier pont, vous avez un gril à gaz et un deuxiÚme pont pour profiter de la vue à couper le souffle. Le salon ouvert / salle à manger / cuisine sont bien aménagées pour vous de profiter de votre temps ensemble. Il y a 2 suites de lit king size séparées aux extrémités opposées de l'appartement, qui permettent une intimité maximale. Tout cela, et vous pourriez vous rendre au centre-ville à pied et à quelques minutes en voiture de Biltmore Estates.

We loved this place! Perfect for 2 couples with a bedroom and bathroom located on each end of the unit. It is in a really great location, close to restaurants, shopping, Biltmore, movie theaters, etc. Great views of the mountains and city from the decks. We had everything we needed at this unit for our 3 day stay. Hostess is very responsive to anything needed and any questions. Will definitely stay here again on another trip to Asheboro!

The kitchen is well equipped for any type of meal preparation. Very clean. The space was very comfortable, beautiful view. I was not there during ski season so I can’t speak to that but the owners are so friendly and welcoming.

Full disclosure, this is a rental where the property owner lives above the rental. Having said that, it was a wonderful space! Very clean, beds comfortable and you didn't hear the owners upstairs at all. There is a nice deck overlooking the back yard with lots of birds. We even had a family of bears walk thru the back yard one morning! The location had a nice view of downtown and the mountains. The road noise was very loud during rush hour traffic which was a bummer, but the location to downtown and the Parkway was good. I think the positives outway the negative and would recommend giving it a try.

Our stay at City Lights was perfect. It is the best spot for two couples or a family that wants some privacy between bedrooms. The views from the three decks were spectacular. The location was central to everything in Asheville. The kitchen had what we needed to make small meals and the bathrooms had a luxury feel. Cookies awaited us when we arrived, and the hosts made sure we had what we needed without being pushy. It was wonderful. The four of us highly recommend City Lights.

Awesome property!

This was better than described. The location was awesome, the views from the deck were amazing, the homemade cookies that the owner left were fabulous. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely be back!!

City Lights

Lovely accommodations with spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the excellent balcony. The host is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient to downtown Asheville. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, immaculate condition, fabulous view, had every accessory we would need and all the supplies. Our host was very accessible and extremely helpful with any and every request. We stayed for an entire month and would do it all over again. LOVE Asheville!

Great property and location

The accommodations and location were excellent. Easy to access Asheville and surrounding areas. Host had warm cookies waiting for us and checked in after us getting in to make sure everything was acceptable. Very nice views of the city and sunsets. We would highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway!

City Lights was a perfect getaway for my husband and me. My sister and brother-in-law joined us for a few days. The property is close to so much, yet it is far enough away that you are not in the hustle and bustle of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the decks and the mountain views. The hosts could not be nicer and more accommodating. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It was the perfect spot for two couples each having our own spaces while also having ample common space. We love spending time on a porch and this location has a large furnished deck with a lovely view of downtown Asheville + also overlooks a lovely naturally landscaped backyard. We were even treated to a bear sighting. Suzy is a lovely and helpful host who made our stay easy as possible.

Asheville weekend

Perfect space for two long time friends to catch up over a long weekend. The view of city and mountains was wonderful. Having two master suites was just what we needed. The kitchen was well appointed. The house and the grounds are filled with art and plants enhanced the relaxing vacation.

Backyard Beauty with city and mountain views.

It was everything that was pictured, just as homey and inviting. Suzy went beyond normal necessities, she had coffee for the coffee maker, etc. If you like nature, she has a beautiful backyard, so relaxing and lots of birds to watch. Good location close to lots of things. Really enjoyed our stay - didn't even turn on the TV. Highly recommend it. Kathy

Great space for couples

Perfect spot for a vacation with friends. Well appointed kitchen. Decks are lovely. Beautiful view complete with bear sighting! Have to be cautious pulling out of driveway due to limited visibility. Suzy was very accessible and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a trip to Asheville.

Awesome Home, Wonderful Host

My friend and I absolutely loved this home and our stay. We are both in the vacation home rental industry and this home surpassed our expectations. The host, Suzy, has gone over and beyond with tasteful and comfortable furniture and bedding, amenities and supplies. The home was immaculate and exceedingly organized, and sits in a lovingly tended garden setting with wonderful views of downtown Ashville and great sunsets from the front porch seating area. We were only 5 minutes or so (driving) from downtown where there are numerous dining, shopping and cultural opportunities. Thank you again Suzy for your helpfulness and for the cookies ,we had a well deserved relaxing and fun stay.

We find that one very important reason people come to Asheville is for it's wonderful scenery. This property provides that. In addition, it is close enough to walk to downtown. Then visitors want a comfortable environment. We have done our very best to give both, and more.

You will find this to be a comfortable, modern home. There are 2 decks for many hours of relaxing and enjoy the beauty of our mountains and downtown. The living area is open and well appointed with hardwood floors and comfortable furnishings. You will find two relaxing master suites with king beds, down comforters and down pillows, and private baths, one on each side of the living space allowing complete privacy.
