In a very fluid situation, Katie was incredibly communicative. I really appreciated her responding and being flexible as our family was unsure of our plans. The condo is perfect. 2br/2ba. Very nice back porch with comfortable furniture. The pool is the best pool in the Sandestin Resort. No questions asked. I loved that we could walk out our front door and go straight to the Village of Baytowne. It was awesome!

Extremely easy to check in balcony was spacious the floor was really dirty couldn’t walk around barefooted. Seemed a little out of date and weathered but overall a decent stay

The apartment was great and clean. Location was perfect for our needs. The headboard for the master bed was very loose and the code to the door of the apartment building had changed. Both of those were minor things.
