It is fresh with new paint, new appliances, new kitchen remodel, all new furniture and new flooring! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The location of this condo is priceless! The resort offers 3 hot tubs, 3 resort pools (two which are heated), poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Condo 2-1002 is located in Tower 2 on the 10th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Perfect view of the ocean and everything was so clean and organized

Everything was such an easy process from the instructions to get there and what to do to check in. The condo has a perfect and beautiful view of the ocean and was clean and tidy with anything you could’ve needed for a vacation. We loved every minute staying here and will definitely be returning!

Amazing

My husband and I had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect. The host was responsive and accommodating. The view - Wow! The condo - beautiful and clean. We're already booked for next year!

I felt safety was an issue. Security seemed lax. From doors to the cond building stayed open all night. However the weather was beautiful and location was great

The building was under construction and there were many workers around. However the condo was clean and the location was great. The workers had the large pool partially roped off on the ocean side so you could not be at the pool and experience the ocean effect. This was disappointing as the company had assured me this large pool would be open and usable
