If the beach is what you're looking for, this place is amazing. The property is close to many amenities and has assigned parking for the rental. My only wish is that I had access to the laundry.

Awesome location, new, clean and comfortable place. We didn’t want to leave! The grocery store and restaurants are close without feeling crowded on the beach or driving on the streets. The beach is full of families and we even saw a turtle laying eggs one night. We kept our distance of course.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location and the unit! But the mattress is unit 1 is absolutely awful. It’s a cheap hard mattress and we feel for such a nice property it’s a shame to not have a comfortable bed!!!! Otherwise, we loved our stay!

Hi Shannon, we are happy you enjoyed your stay overall! The mattress was purchased just a year ago in Oct 2025 after the remodel from the 2024 storms, mattresses are also very subjective, what is uncomfortable for one person is perfect for another and we have not had any complaints so far.

Beautiful property directly on a great spot on the beach (and not busy/crowded like some areas along the beach). It was perfect for a mother/daughter trip but could easily fit more people with the pull out bed. The house was spotless when we arrived and was easy to keep clean with a deck area and two mats leading into the house. The shared laundry was convenient (on the outside of the house). Beds were comfortable and the house tastefully decorated coastal style. The beach chairs and towels that were available were so helpful! Would 100 % recommend this property and will visit again.

We enjoyed our first vacation to AMI at this rental! Everything was clean, well decorated, and kitchen was well stocked! The place was perfect for 2 people!! We look forward to returning to this rental in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The unit was spotless upon arrival and exactly as advertised. The location truly cannot be beat—situated in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful beachfront that was never crowded, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.The kitchen and entire property were exceptionally well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the beach shed, which was stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials, making our days by the water effortless and enjoyable.From start to finish, this was one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had. We highly recommend this beautiful and rare beachfront property and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing beach access.

We could not have found a better place. The location on the beach was amazing. It was quiet. It was beautiful having meals on the porch. Definitely will stay hear again.

Absolutely beautiful

Even though we had to evacuate for Hurricane Idalia the place itself was perfect. Well stocked, clean, comfortable, and it had that gorgeous view! Will definitely be back.

Beautiful Property Beautiful Beach

We stayed here for a week and wanted to stay forever! Condo is great, very well appointed with lots of little.extras. Our condo was directly on the beach. Plenty of beach chairs for us to use along with grills and charcoal. Highly recommend!!

Home away from home but with beautiful views!

The rental is clean and has everything you will need for the week minus clothes and food! The views are incredible! The beach is literally steps away from the door and is very private! You will not be disappointed!!

Perfect family vacation!

We enjoyed every minute of our Spring Break vacation at this property. The unit was very clean upon arrival, there was plenty of space for our family of four (with 2 elementary age kids), the kitchen supplies were well-stocked and the beach access was incredible. We loved the convenience of being steps from the gorgeous AMI ocean and spent all day - from sunrise to sunset - enjoying the beach. We hope to be back soon!

If your goal is to spend as much time as you possibly can on the beach (and with very fee people on top of you) then this is your place. The host was great and responsive, the housekeeping does an amazing job getting it spotless for when you arrive and it is outfitted with everything you will need (from the kitchen to the beach shed).I almost did not want to write this because then more people will be renting and that could possibly make my return dates harder to get. And my wife and I already have at least one return date already in the plan. This place was everything we needed for a relaxing week on the island.Not only are you right on top of the beach but your close to shopping, restraunts (everything is close but I mean within walking distance). Love it!

Now the bad, no hot water in the kitchen sink, bed was to hard like sleeping on the floor. Porch was tiny with no roof, you could barely walk around the little table on the porch and no shade. The porch that was there before the hurricane was the best part of the vacation! The landscaping could use some attention. But otherwise our stay was great!

A Heavenly Spot

Beautiful Ocean View

Everything you needed was there from steps to the beach,beach towels provide and beach chairs. The trolley was free and got us to everywhere. Everything was perfect! I am missing it already. Will definitely be back! Check in eas so easy and they communicated with us right away with any questions we had. They helped with transportation to and from airport. This cottage is heaven! Turquoise water everyday! We were there May 2nd to 9th and weather was perfect. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable.
