Sailfish Gulf Suites is a Gulf front, Old Florida style ground level
accommodation which guarantees your most memorable beach vacation!

Sailfish Gulf Suites is comprised of 4 separate suites. Suite 4 has
garden views and is just a few steps to the beach.

It features 1
bedroom with king size bed, a sleeper sofa with a queen bed, and 1
tub/shower and is approximately 700 square feet. This suite
accommodates up to 4 persons.

Just steps from your suite, there is a large, shared patio area with
tables, chairs, umbrellas, and a gas/charcoal grills. From there,
you can enjoy wonderful island breezes, views of the dunes, and the
beautiful turquoise water. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio
while the dolphins swim along the shoreline or enjoy a glass of wine
while watching the most amazing sunsets. There are outdoor showers
on either side of the complex for rinsing off your sandy feet and a
shared laundry room on site.

A host of amenities are just a short walk away including shopping,
restaurants, and a full service grocery store. The nearby Manatee
Public beach offers a lifeguard tower, onsite concessions, showers,
playground, and volleyball courts. Hop on the free Anna Maria
Trolley to explore the island on your own.

Sailfish Gulf Suites has the perfect vintage feel of an Old Florida
retreat with all the modern amenities. Stay with us and make

Paradise on an island

We have been coming to Sailfish for several years and it feels like home to us. It has everything we need for a very comfortable stay without a lot of clutter. It’s steps to the beautiful beach and within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. We’ve already booked for next year!

Wonderful stay!

What a gem of a place! This place is well cared for and wonderfully kept up! The kitchen is well stocked if you are someone that enjoys eating in or if not it's close distance to many restaurants. The property is well maintained with nice furniture (comfortable mattresses!) and quality beach equipment and amenities. I would highly recommend staying here in the future!

Lovely location

Overall this property was wonderful. The location was great! It was so nice to just walk right out to the beach, or drive a short distance to the grocery store and restaurants. Our unit was clean and cute and perfect for a little anniversary getaway. Highly recommend!

Wonderful accommodation!!

We stayed at the Sailfish years ago and the renovations that were done are fantastic!! Living area and kitchen were very accommodating.....it made cooking easy in the well appointed kitchen. Property was well maintained. Very nice!!

Amazing Space & Location!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sailfish Gulf Suites! Easy self check in and check out. The space is comfortable and nicely done. The location is great— You can walk to many amenities including Skinny's, Publix, beach shops and more. You can't beat being steps away from the sand and ocean! Highly recommend.

Perfect location

Stayed here for seven nights, enjoyed the place very much. Comes with everything that you need. All you have to do is go shopping if you want food. Perfect location right in the middle of the island. Easy to get to any restaurant that you want. Will definitely be looking forward to coming back.

Perfect getaway

This property was just what we were looking for. Flew in, had one car parking spot, arrived at the unit and it was super clean, and very well stocked for cooking in and going to the beach (chairs/umbrellas/floats/cooler). The beach was beautiful and directly outside of the units (no crossing roads). Owner was very responsive and attentive. I would recommend this unit for anyone that wants an affordable, clean beachfront location.

First time staying in AMI

We absolutely loved our Sailfish property rental! You couldnt get a better location. Right on the beach and close by surrounding stores and restaurants. The property itself is maintained beautifully. Everything was very clean, but if i had to critique one thing it would be the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been a little better. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Plenty of towels and we really appreciated the accessibility to all the beach necessities. We ordered a seafood steampot from TopSail Steamer and used the grill that was also available to us. Communication with Tamie was easy and effective. She was so nice to allow us a late checkout since our flight wasnt until 7:30 pm. We will definitely be back!

The unit was very comfortable and had attractive decor. The distance to the beach was perfect. We cooked on the grills and made good use of the patio furniture. The large kitchen island came in handy with family visiting for the day. The keyless entry made coming and going easy without worrying about a key. I would recommend this property to friends/family. Clean, easy, right on the beach. Communication with host (Tamie) is was easy and quick. Having sever food allergies, I cook a lot. The property was prepared for this with most of the usual utensils ready to go. Having the Grill and patio was very nice, especially on warm days with an incredible sunset and beach right next door. Great stay!

This unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There were a lot of amenities that made days at the beach so enjoyable. It is a very quiet area perfect for relaxation. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

Could not have picked a better location. Perfect for 2 people. Right on the beach, restaurants and shopping nearby. We rented scooters and didn't even need a car to have fun/access to everything we needed. My only complaint was the TV. No cable, and this Roku TV thing. I'm not computer savvy, so it's probably me, but I like to just turn on the TV and flip to a station I like. Had to stream everything. Despite that, I give it a 5 start rating w/o question
