Maison située dans le quartier populaire et charmant Eastward Look. Il est à quelques minutes à pied de Scarborough Beach, l'une des plus belles plages du sud de la Nouvelle-Angleterre. Profitez des vagues de l'Atlantique et de la grande promenade et du pavillon, promenez-vous sur les rochers et pêchez au large de Black Point ou détendez-vous dans la cour de cette maison. À moins d'un kilomètre et demi de la cour de récréation des enfants du voisinage, des courts de tennis et du terrain de basketball.

Maison dispose de quatre chambres (10 couchages) et un canapé-lit Queen à l'étage inférieur (2 personnes). Une salle de bain complète située à chaque niveau et une demi-bain dans la chambre principale. Accueil comprend (3) Smart TV HD (WIFI inclus) situé dans le salon, la chambre principale et le salon de niveau inférieur.

Les aménagements extérieurs incluent une douche après la plage chaude / froide, une terrasse et un barbecue au propane. Chariot de plage, parasol et chaises de plage.

Scarborough State Beach (0. 7 mile à pied), Roger Wheeler State Beach (2. 5 miles) avec d'autres plages dans un court trajet en voiture.

Great Week at the Beach

We had a great week at the beach and the house was perfect for us. Great location close to the beaches and the shops/restaurants. Plus the neighborhood is quiet and very family friendly. The bonus living space in the basement was gave the kids their own place to play.

Great for extended family vacation

House was great for a larger family vacation. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and the home felt big enough. Check in was a breeze as was check out. Home was clean upon check in and honestly it was a great beach rental. Would rent again! Only note worthy item was that one of the bedrooms was rather tight, but aside from that, no notes as they say!

Beautiful Stay

We had a lovely stay. The house looked as pictured and was in a great location minutes from the beach. Perfect size for 3 adult children with their partners and our Dad. The yard and deck were perfect for yard games. The host was very responsive.

Location, Location, Location!

The house was in a great neighborbood, less then a mile from the beach - so great if you're not bringing a whole car load of stuff! The development was great for morning/evening walks, and was family friendly. The outdoor shower was perfect for coming back from the beach, and making sure the kids were all rinsed off before going inside. The only downfall was no a/c when it was scorching hot, but luckily they supply a lot of fans! The owners kept in contact throughout the week to check in and see if we needed anything, and were quick to respond! I definitely recommend this rental - there were 6 adults and 3 kids in our group and accommodated us all with room to spare!

Great Vacation!

We enjoyed our three week stay which was a mix of our children and their children., staying at different times. The house Is comfortable and provides plenty of sleeping options . The beach is close enough to walk (ask neighbors about a “short-cut”)but the season parking pass is inexpensive and provides parking at all the State Beaches ( not town beaches). We all brought bikes and there are trails in town if you want a break from the beach. Very good restaurants are nearby as well as all the action at Point Judith and Narragansett Town Center. We didn’t notice until we arrived that there was no A/C but we didn’t miss it with the fans. Steve. Responded quickly to any questions and was very accommodating. Memorable time all around.

This is def a house my family and I would go back to!! House was clean, plenty of room and close to the beach. The owners were super nice and super punctual when we had a very minor issue during our stay. Highly recommend

Very comfortable

My family came in from out of town for the week. It was very comfortable for 7-8 people. It was a short walk to the beach. There’s a large yard for lawn games, and plenty of parking. The owner was very responsive.

Home away from home

Our party consisted of 3 children and 6 adults. The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped, the house was thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Easy access and convenient location were a plus. As was the case in 2019 when we rented a different property, towels and linens were not provided. We enjoyed our stay and there's a good chance you will too.

Local Getaway

Our beach vacation rental was pretty seamless. Steve made checkin a breeze and responded quickly to any questions we had. We didn’t realize towels/linens weren't provided but we were able to quickly resolve it given the proximity to homegoods. The property was well kept and the yard was perfect for lawn games (some of which were even provided). It was also a quick 10 minute walk to the beach, the beach buggy and chairs that were in the garage were also very much appreciated. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great week!

Lovely Home

Stephen was great. Answered our questions. The home was very clean. Near the ocean. We bought a season pass for entry to beach. Would definitely stay again. Nice downstairs for the teens with two queen size beds. Everyone was pleased.

Exactly what we needed!

In a quiet neighborhood and within walking or biking distance to the beach, this was exactly what my family of 4 needed after being cooped up for months! There was more than enough room for our family (with two teens) to spread out. The house is clean and bright and manages to stay cool during the evenings, even with temperatures outside reaching the 90s! We especially enjoyed eating dinners and playing card games on the outdoor patios. (Family bonding at its best!) Steve did a great job checking in throughout our stay and quickly responded when we briefly lost power due to the hurricane! Scarborough Beach is large enough for families to have their own space, while keeping plenty of distance from other families. Beach parking is being limited so it’s nice to be able to walk if you need or want to. Overall, a great place for families to stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great property and experience!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the right house to rent. The location was great. It was a short walk or bike ride to Scarborough Beach, a good halfway point between downtown Narragansett and Point Judith Lighthouse and easily accessible. The home itself was clean and tastefully decorated. The owner, Steve, was quick to respond with one issue we had and he was terrific with following up to make sure everything was settled. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation at the beach

We had a great 2 weeks at this rental in this nice neighborhood. The house was perfect, especially with the teenage grandkids having their own space downstairs. The kitchen was well supplied and we loved the new island. We had 2 hot weeks so we used the patio under the deck often and the breezes that came thru the windows made it very comfortable. We sure would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Quiet neighborhood close to beach.

The house was as described. The owner was always available if any issues, which we really did not have any. Close enough to walk to the beach, although we drove. I suggest going on the state parks website and signing up for Flex Pass for parking, let’s you avoid the long line to get into the parking lot. They have a beach umbrella, chairs and a cart for you to use, although I had brought all my own stuff. Outside shower is nice for cleaning off after getting back from the beach. Would definitely stay at this house again!

Great location for our beach stay

We enjoyed riding our bikes to Scarborough beach each day. The house was clean but had clearly been through a season of renters. Steve was appreciative and responsive to the feedback given.

Excellent stay in Narragansett!

I came here with family and friends for a week long vacation. The house is big enough to allow people privacy while also having several common areas. We loved the outdoor shower and the upper and lower decks. The house is biking distance to Scarborough Beach. Unfortunately the listing said there was a crib but we could not find one. So, my friend had to go home to retrieve his baby's portable crib. That said, we would definitely stay here again.

A great experience

I recently stayed here with my family. It was a beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood. The walk to the beach was quick and even easier using the beach cart provided by the homeowners. The house is comfortable and so cute with plenty of room for everyone. This was our 4th year vacationing in Narragansett and this was our favorite place we’ve stayed. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to spend some time at the beach. The location is perfect and the owners were very accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful week of memories!
