The open-concept living and dining area creates the perfect setting for meals and memories, with a dining table for six and a kitchen bar that seats four more.

Designed with comfort in mind, the home includes modern amenities such as central heat and air, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a blender, a Keurig and regular coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, and Wi-Fi. Step outside to unwind on the expansive open deck with built-in benches, or escape the sun on the covered porch with a refreshing sea breeze. An enclosed outdoor shower adds convenience after a day on the sand.

At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
