Take a peaceful 2-minute stroll to the public beach access, or take a speedy 1-minute drive to 39th Street's Public Water Access that leads to the Intracoastal Waterway. You could also head down the island for a 2-mile drive to watch the sunset on the pristine beaches at The Point!

Designed with families and friends in mind, this part of the home creates a spacious gathering area for making unforgettable memories. Open the French doors to extend your living space and step onto the beautifully updated screened porch—a true outdoor oasis—where you can enjoy al fresco dining and evening breezes!

Kitchen:
Indulge in culinary delight with our fully stocked kitchen! The thoughtfully curated island is a great prep and mingle area for large groups. The kitchen offers casual and even the more "seasoned" chefs the opportunity to create delicious meals. The kitchen includes everything you need, from quality cookware, sharp knives, and cutting boards to ample serving dishes, silverware, and glassware. You can also enjoy the Keurig and drip coffee maker and an electric tea kettle for your coffee and tea needs. Bring the breakfast treats on by using the large griddle, double-sided waffle maker, and hand-held egg beater. When it is time for those big family fun dinners like a low country boil or king crab legs, use the 30-qt stock pot with strainer! We also offer an air fryer, a George Foreman grill, and a crockpot for added kitchen convenience. Whether whipping up a quick bite or creating a memorable meal, this kitchen makes it effortless and enjoyable!

Bedrooms:
Relax in the spacious upstairs primary suite, featuring a plush king-sized bed and a walk-in closet with ample storage space for luggage, including a luggage rack. Large windows and a TV create a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
Directly across the hall, the second upstairs queen suite leads to the crow's nest! This light and airy room features spectacular views, a queen bed, a large dresser for storage, and a luggage rack for your convenience. While the large TV in the room can be nice, the outside deck and crow's nest make this room stand out. Take in the stunning ocean views and cool breeze, and let your worries disappear!
Downstairs, the newly remodeled bunk room, a dream retreat for kids, sleeps five with two twin bunks and a full-over-full bunk with a twin trundle. The room also features a smart TV, and in the closet, you will find more blankets, toys, and games for the little ones! We also offer an extra twin blow-up mattress and a pack-and-play for added sleeping options. *Pack-and-play sheets are not included.
Across the hall, you will find the other queen suite. This beautifully appointed lower-level room is perfect for guests seeking comfort and functionality. It features a new plush queen-sized mattress, a large ocean-facing window, closet space, a large smart TV, and a dedicated workspace area—ideal for remote work or study while staying steps from the beach! Whether you're here to relax, recharge, or even have to work a little bit, this space offers the best of both worlds!
