Step into the enclosed backyard from the living room and take in the serenity while soaking up the sun on the lanai or out at the dock! PLEASE NOTE if you plan to bring a pet (1) it needs to be disclosed, there is a $75 pet fee, if you are found to have a non-disclosed pet you will be asked to leave.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. And our home is suitable for accommodating them. However, we do require APPROVAL FIRST and charge a NON REFUNDABLE $75 pet fee. This is charged outside of the platform so you don't incur platform fees as well. This needs to be disclosed, anyone found to have a pet not disclosed will be cancelled and removed from the property

★ NO SMOKING ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home or on the Lanai! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning fee of $250.00

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Minimum age for guest is 25, if you are found to have booked and are under the minimum age without prior consent your stay will be cancelled and no refund will be given Thank you very much for your understanding.
