Excellent property for our family gathering! Our young grandchildren enjoyed the beach and pool, the rooms were spacious, and the gas grills at pool utilized multiple evenings. With Harbor Springs and Petoskey just minutes away everything was convenient.

Thank you for the review. Your family were great guests. It looks like there is an issue in the guest rating. The rating should be all 5s. I am working with VRBO to correct this. Thank you for you stay.

It was a good property. I foolishly assumed there was air conditioning.i don’t remember seeing that but I just assumed, so it was not that comfortable. Though there was a decent deck there was no table so we couldn’t enjoy the space nearly as much. Then when the air was so terrible, made worse by no air conditioning, we had to leave 2 days early. I think it would have been nice to get a little reimbursement . For me that was a big investment of money, and though I realize that was no one’s fault, it would have been nice to share the loss.?

I am sorry you made the decision to leave due to the air quality from the smoke from the wildfires in Cananda. Unfortunately, that is something we cannot control. We do not advertise AC in the condo which is rarely needed in Northern Michigan. I would like to remind that we did everything possible to make your stay a great stay including an early check in when you texted me on Saturday and reaching out to you to return items we found you left behind.

Perfect place in a perfect location. This wonderful condo is fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing lake vacation. The community amenities were a big hit with our kids, especially the pool and beach. This condo is conveniently located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. A short drive or a fun bike ride to restaurants and shopping. The owner was wonderful, providing local information and recommendations. Communication was great throughout. Five star stay. We'll be back.
