The space
This charming 1-bedroom apartment occupies the top floor of a two-unit building, accessible via stairs only. Fully furnished and equipped with a comfortable double bed, it accommodates two guests. We welcome one pet with a pet fee (daily fee applies—message for details)., and early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a small fee, subject to availability. The outdoor space, shared with the downstairs unit, features seating, lounging options, and a grill, with laundry facilities conveniently available for both units.

On-site gravel parking is available, with space for one car or two parked tandem. Just a few blocks away, you'll find Central Ave, where you can hop on the free shuttle for easy access to downtown St. Pete, St. Pete Beach, and everything in between. Running every 15 minutes, the shuttle makes exploring on foot a breeze!
