Great rental, great host and an awesome view. I would consider renting this property again in the future.Just a couple small minor things we think could be fixed is the draining in the showers . Some of the Pillow cases and blankets/comforters smelled like they have not been washed, they Smelled like sweat. That didn’t ruin our weekend as we still enjoyed the rental.

This condo is very spacious and there are beautiful views from every window. The master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean and the back two bedrooms overlook the bay. There is easy access to the beach, and it is close to Carolina Beach Pier and Freeman Park. The parking under the building was convenient and the pool was nice as well. There were a few issues with the condo, but the property manager quickly addressed them.

It was in a perfect location, very clean, owner was amazing to communicate with. Had no issues and overall a very pleasant and peaceful stay.

Amazing location just steps from the beach. Perfect for our family of five plus two significant others. Plenty of room and everything you need was included. Also, nice to have access to a pool for those who don't want to swim in the ocean. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location

We have stayed at various locations in Carolina Beach for many years now. This is a great location. The traffic is better than on the main strip and it’s easy to back your vehicle into the carport so you can pull straight out. One caveat, be sure you are able to track three flights of wooden steps as needed. We are in our 60s so we managed, but it was a bit of a challenge. Especially with all of our gear.Our granddaughters are 7 and 10 and the ocean at this area was easy to walk out into especially at low tide. The beach is exceptionally clean as is the swimming pool, which is also a very comfortable temperature.The condo has recently been turned over to new owners, and it had new pots and pans, which I appreciate because I prefer to cook rather than go out.The bathrooms had plenty of hooks for towels, which was very much appreciated. The deck is wonderful to eat our meals in the evenings. In the mornings, even if it was raining, I could sit in the swivel rocker in the living room and watch the ocean.If scattered showers, keep you off the shore, there is Shipwreck Neon Mini Golf and Squigley's Ice Cream & Treats very close by.(i’m having trouble adding photos so if it turns out that they’re in there multiple times, I apologize.)

No quite ready

Although the property was absolutely beautiful, none of our televisions worked. We were traveling with two teenage boys, which made it extremely difficult to keep them entertained. We could not watch the living room television one TV was black and white, and only played DVDs. Took until Sunday to get them fixed. We checked out Monday morning.
