Mulligan's Lodge est parfaitement situé surplombant la rivière Big Thompson ... si proche que vous aurez l'impression de pouvoir toucher et toucher! Couronner le tout avec vue sur Prospect Mountain et les snowcaps de la Continental Divide et vous avez le parfait retraite Rocky Mountain.

De notre maison, il est juste une courte promenade dans la ville de Estes Park et facile à 1. 5 mile drive à l'entrée Beaver Meadows de Rocky Mountain National Park.

La grande salle de niveau principal dispose d'un foyer au gaz de roche mousse à se rassembler à des rivières et les montagnes tout autour ... aucune illustration nécessaire sur ces murs! Cela est tout simplement l'idéal lieu de rassemblement de la famille avec son attenante cuisine entièrement équipée et salle à manger de la chambre (de sièges pour 9). Admirez à prendre dans le ciel du Colorado, rivière et montagne parfaitement claires !!

De la grande salle, vous pouvez sortir pour une plate-forme fantastique pour profiter d'excellentes vues sur la montagne ainsi que les images et les sons de la rivière Big Thompson! Prenez tout en tout en profitant d'une tasse de café du matin, un verre de vin le soir, en lisant un bon livre ou le dîner de cuisine sur le gril à gaz!

La chambre principale confortable salle est également situé sur le niveau principal. Ouvrez les fenêtres et laisser les sons de la Big Thompson vous endormir.

Une deuxième salle familiale est situé à l'étage inférieur avec 2 chambres doubles et une salle de bain complète. A partir de ce niveau, vous pouvez walk-out sur le patio et repérer les wapitis et autres animaux sauvages moseying le long de la rivière Big Thomson! Ou tout simplement vous détendre et profiter de la vue!

Et un BONUS ..... profiter de la CLIMATISATION (une rareté pour les maisons à Estes Park!) sur ces chaudes journées d'été !!!!

Un joint espace de garage de deux voitures est livré avec cette location. Nous avons également une salle principale étage de blanchisserie.

En tant que client, vous pourrez profiter de l'accès aux zones de pêche communes HOA partagés le long de la rivière Big Thompson.

Faut-il aller sur ... notre famille pense que Mulligan Lodge est parfait dans tous les sens ... et pas seulement une autre location de vacances, mais notre maison de montagne parfait!

Lodge PS Mulligan est en bas de la rivière à partir de AspenHaus Lodge (propriété de nos amis Mark et Sue Werder qui animera votre séjour pour nous). Nous nous engageons tous à vous offrir la même expérience ultime à Rocky Mountain que AspenHaus connait!

Beautiful view of th Big Thompson River from a wall of windows. We watched a herd of mule deer walk below us and a flock of turkeys. In th RMNP we saw wildlife each day. Our host made the stay easy and offered information about restaurants and attractions. The home is close to town although we didn’t need to go there once we were settled in. Beds are comfortable and furniture is mountain perfect. I hope we can stay in this property again.

Amazing house. Having the river right outside the back door was so peaceful. The sprawling windows in the living area made us feel like we were taking in the views all week long. Opening the back door let in the cool air and the calming sound of the water. Plus our kids loved “hiking” on the rocks!The host was incredible. Reached out with great tips for our first trip to Estes Park and when we had an issue with the oven, they reimbursed us for a meal when we had to order food instead of cooking as planned. Would absolutely stay here again

Super clean and well stocked home! And that’s on top of the perfect location. I was so sad to leave the sound of the river behind but loved our 3 days easily moving from in town activities to the National Parks. All of the recommendations of places to eat or things to do were spot on and so appreciated. I can’t wait to go back to Eates some day and this place would be on my list to stay again!

Beautiful Property Getaway

This beautiful home sits on the edge of the Big Thompson River. The home was well stocked and we were able to enjoy family meals and fun times with three generations. Every day we saw deer around the property and we loved the view of the river from the balcony. It really was a perfect home for our family trip.

We absolutely loved this property. After seeing the back “yard” we quickly drove to the sporting goods store and bought a fishing pole for our kids. We had the best time playing in the river. The house was very comfortable and clean. Exactly what we hoped it would be.

Great place to vacation with amazing river views! Very impressed with the quality of the home. The host kept in communication with us through out the entire trip. It was close to all the action in Estes Park and remote enough to enjoy the wildlife that walked through the property. I would definitely recommend this place!

Best Estes Park Stay

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Estes Park. Our host checked in with us before, during, and after our stay and responded immediately when I had a question. The house is even more beautiful than pictured. We had easy access to lots of activities including downtown and RMNP. The river running next to the property was especially nice. I would 10/10 recommend this property to anyone vacationing in Estes Park!

The easiest 5 star review I’ve given! The house is in an incredible location near the opening of Rocky Mountain National park and so close to shopping, restaurants, and a number of hikes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience - the house is gorgeous and Sue was so kind in providing any details we needed for our stay. We saw a herd of elk right below our deck on multiple days, wild turkeys, and even a bear across the river - marking off all the things on my weekend bucket list. We used the weekend as a get away for a few friends and the views and atmosphere did not disappoint. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
