This thoughtfully designed space offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for travelers seeking a cozy retreat after a day exploring Music City. While there is no separate living room, the open kitchen and dining area serve as the main gathering space—perfect for meals, conversations, and unwinding together.

🛏 Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Full-size bunk bed + twin bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with shower

Bedroom 2: King-size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with shower

Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with shower

Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed, TV

Each bedroom features plush bedding, stylish décor, and ample storage, ensuring restful nights for all guests.

🌳 Step outside and discover one of Nashville’s most walkable and picturesque neighborhoods. Enjoy a morning stroll through Centennial Park, take in the full-scale replica of the Parthenon, or grab a bite at one of the nearby cafés and restaurants.
🎶 You`re just a quick drive to Broadway’s iconic honky-tonks, The Gulch, Midtown, and Music Row.

🚪Entrance: The entrance is located at the back of the building. If you`re dropped off in front, simply walk through the parking lot to access the rear entrance.

Shared parking lot in the back (first-come, first-served)

🧼 Starter Amenities Provided:
We supply a basic starter set of essentials for your convenience, including:
✔ 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
✔ 2 rolls of paper towels
✔ 1 cleaning sponge
✔ A few K-cups or a small bag of ground coffee

Whether you`re in town for business, a family trip, or a weekend getaway, this stylish and centrally located apartment is the perfect place to call home during your Nashville stay.

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.
