The check in process was a nightmare. Arrive after a 7 hour drive to find that we canât access the property despite receiving several emails and texts that confirmed a door code was provided in the online check in packet. The check in code was left blank in the packet. After calling to try and remedy this they informed us that someone would have to drive out to let us in. This take nearly 2 hours while we sit around in a parking lot, causing us to miss the beach sunset and our dinner reservations. When I called about this issue, and when the person arrived to let us in, no one ever apologized or gave us a reason as to why this occurred. On top of that, the wrong wifi network and password were provided; I had to call again for them to track that down for me. The TV on the main level was also not working properly. They sent a tech out to look at that and he said he would put in a report that a new tv was needed. Of course, this did us no good as the tv wasnât going to be replaced right away, and so we couldnât use the tv on the main level during our stay. Overall, the space itself was adequate but the poor customer service, horrible check in process, and issues with tech in the house made our experience much worse.
