This 2-story home is designed for easy beach living. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are all connected so everyone can hang out together, whether you’re cooking, watching TV, or just relaxing after a day in the sun. The living room has comfy seating and cable TV, and all other TVs in the home are Smart TVs — just log into your Netflix, Hulu, or favorite streaming service. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dining ware for 10 people. The laundry room features a washer + dryer, iron, ironing board, and dryer sheets for your convenience. Outside, the backyard is a total tropical escape with a heated pool, tanning shelf + loungers, propane grill + fire pit, kid-sized bean bag toss, outdoor shower, fenced yard (perfect for pups!), and a vibrant mural that makes for the perfect photo op. Parking is a breeze with space for 2–3 cars in the driveway and 1 additional spot in the garage.

The house is fully available to guests. There are a few locked closets.

The pool can be heated for an additional $50/day, available October 15th through May 15th. Please let us know if you would like us to set that up for you! If the heater has any issues or does not work during your stay, this fee will be refunded. No other part of the booking cost will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!

Our pool’s heat pump system operates effectively when outdoor temperatures are above 55°F. However, when temperatures drop below this threshold, the system becomes less efficient. At night, when temperatures fall closer to or below 40°F, the heater may shut down entirely due to excessive icing, as it must frequently defrost. During this process, the open surface of the pool loses heat faster than the system can replace it.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during unusually cold weather.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 1-2 dogs are allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!

Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 for 1- 2 dogs, for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay. (Unless owner has different fee, always check with owner)

Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. We maintain high cleaning standards to ensure a pristine environment for your stay. In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
