There were 4 of us in town for a retreat. This property was perfect -lots of space to relax, chat and connect inside and out, which was so nice because we hadn't all been together for at least a year. Very clean, well stocked, felt very welcomed. Really loved the outdoor space. Hosts were responsive. All good - would stay there again if we get the opportunity to be back.

This is an immaculately maintained and cared for house. The hosts were extremely accommodating and very responsive. We were primarily on the go during our entire stay but wished we had time to stay at the house and enjoy the incredible amenities that were available. I'm originally from Orlando and visit often, so I will definitely save this house a future stay.

The property is very clean and located in a nice and secluded neighborhood. Tbe backyard is very relaxing and well layed out. I would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Lovely place With a lot of personality

The house is quite cozy and friendly with so many great additions, it has great charm and the owners clearly put a lot of love in effort in the place which shows.Ww celebrated my best friend birthday and the pool was quite a highlight, great many of laughs and good vibes were shared and this place really improved all of that, a great rental overall , and we’ll be sure to look out for others from these owners

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Everyhting was nice and clean, beautifully dexorated, and very comforting. It was perfectly located just outside downtown and very convenient to Camping World Stasium, as we were in town for Warped Tour. Our teenagers loved the game room amd there were planty of beds for everyone. The only thing that would have made it more perfect was slightly warmer weather so we could enjoy the pool. Also, a 3rd bathroom would make this property beyond stellar. One suggestion: restock the coffee cups, we only found 3. Thanks for a great weekend!

My family said everything was great, they left a review in your book on the counter...but I did have to bring them toilet paper, tissues, and a new battery for a fan/light remote that didn't work. Also, the kitchen tongs were broken.

Ample space, clean, quiet neighborhood

Plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out across 4 rooms. Entire property inside and out were clean upon arrival. Quiet residential neighborhood that is 10-12 minutes to our cuisine preferences. AC cools the entire house well. Great to have a washer and dryer with all the pool use over the 3 nights we stayed. We did get bit by mosquitoes as each day progressed due to the rain, so might want some itch-relief cream handy. Host was easy to communicate with and delivered a few missing items later the same day. Would definitely book again when in Orlando!

The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured, but my experience was disappointing. I reserved it for a birthday gathering and was transparent with the host about my intentions, guest count, and plans. I reassured them the home would be returned clean, which it was.Despite this, I was repeatedly messaged about speakers and guests, even though I clarified they were only attending the party, not staying overnight. I was told speakers were unauthorized, though the listing allows parties with approval, which I had received. Later, the property manager asked us to change the music because a neighbor was “uncomfortable.” Quiet hours begin at 9pm weekdays and 10pm weekends. Around 8:50 my family sang happy birthday, and shortly after, outdoor alarms rang and a voice on the Ring camera threatened to alert authorities.I quickly apologized to the host and turned the music down, yet instead of non-emergency contact, five police officers and the manager arrived. I believe this escalation was racially motivated. I am West Indian, a person of color, and neither I nor my guests showed disrespect or disorderly conduct. I even received a noise complaint at 6pm before the party began. I feel the issue was not about volume, but culture and unfamiliar language.I left the home spotless, followed checkout rules, and recorded video proof. While the house was lovely, the lack of understanding, poor communication, and treatment left the experience deeply unsatisfactory.

Thanks for staying with us. For clarity: event approvals are daytime only and don’t override community rules—quiet hours start at 9pm (weekdays) / 10pm (weekends), or earlier if disruptive, and outdoor amplified music/external speakers aren’t permitted. Despite multiple reminders to lower the volume and move speakers inside, loud music (including profane lyrics) continued and we received several neighbor complaints. Authorities were contacted only after repeated requests went unheeded; when asked, we allowed the gathering to wind down so long as the music was off and voices stayed at conversation level. We welcome guests of every background and act without bias; our decisions were based solely on adherence to house and neighborhood standards. We’re glad you found the home clean and as described, but the disruption was inconsistent with the agreement made at booking. For future guests, we’re always happy to pre-approve celebratory plans that fit within these guidelines so everyone—guests and neighbors alike—has a great experience.

Lovely place and exceptional backyard and pool! Neighborhood was nice and quiet too. Just beware if you have a bee allergy, there’s a home directly across the street with beehives/selling honey. There were several dead bees by the entrance and my daughter was also stung out in the backyard- not the hosts fault but definitely something to be aware of.
