The Space:
*PROPERTY LAYOUT*
1st Floor-
>Cozy living room with seating and smart tv
>Open kitchen, fully stocked for in home meals
>Seating for 2 for dining or workspace needs
>Bedroom 1 with Queen bed
>1 full bathroom with walk in shower
>Washer and Dryer
2nd Floor-
>Bedroom 2 with Queen bed
>Seating for 2
>2nd full bathroom with shower/tub combo
Outdoors-
>Seating for 2 with string lights to relax with your afternoon cocktail!
**PARKING- parking is available for 2 COMPACT cars in the driveway. If traveling in a large vehicle, most likely, only one will fit in order to not stick out into the narrow street. Additionally, street parking is NOT available directly in front of the home. Guests will be responsible for finding their our street parking nearby or utilizing paid public overnight parking**
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house and private back patio with seating, as well as free Wi-Fi, free off-street parking for 2 compact cars, complimentary coffee for their first morning, and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Other Things to Note:
PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
Interaction with Guests:
We strive to make sure your time at the home is relaxing and enjoyable by providing fully private, uninterrupted experiences. We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Our local team is also available to stop by if you need anything at all!
