Evergreen Vista est une retraite privée exquise toute l'année nichée au cœur de la région viticole de Finger Lakes - une beauté boisée qui change avec chaque saison! Pêcher, canoë et randonnée sur ce domaine luxuriant et vaste; raquettes et ski de fond en hiver.

La maison spacieuse, moderne et unique de 4 chambres sur le domaine est équipée d'appareils haut de gamme, y compris laveuse et sécheuse. La grande cuisine s'ouvre sur la grande salle ensoleillée avec cheminée. Sortez sur le vaste pont pour une vue à couper le souffle sur l'étang, bordé de grands conifères majestueux. Le domaine serein de 60 acres comprend un grand étang bien rempli et des sentiers bien entretenus.

I don’t know where to start. Our experience with the owner and the Evergreen Vista property is nothing short of exemplary. The accommodations are excellent, the beds, the linens, the kitchen and supplies are as indicated or better. The lake/pond was a perfect respite from the blistering heat and provided our fishermen a delightful experience. Wish we had booked longer and will certainly be back. Thanks for a fantastic holiday.

This is an amazing property! Lots to do right at the house plus you're in driving distance of many local small towns with shops and places to eat. The pond is beautiful!

Lovely Location

The property was beautiful and had plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. We loved being able to enjoy a wine tour at the lake, and the come back to the property and relax with a bonfire.

Beautiful setting, clean and comfortable house that anticipated all our needs. Very close to Keuka and fabulous food. Immersed in nature- a true respite.

Overall a great rental

The property is very cool in concept but needs some TLC and a deep clean. The host was very accommodating and when asked for more cars they allowed it graciously. The space it's self is awesome although the pond had oil floating on it's surface and the house needs some care for how expensive it was to rent we thought it would be nicer considering what we payed vs what this home actually looks like in person and the quality of it. The amenities were more than decent, if you like to cook they have just about every utensil and or appliance you could think of. The grill worked great there was plenty of propane. The canoes were all in working order as well. There is an air pump in front of the deck and the pond that runs endlessly and is loud but other than that the pond and property surrounding was extremely peaceful and relaxing. This could easily be a 10/10 with a little effort but I'd still say it was definitely worth booking.

The perfect place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with family

Cannot say enough about this property and house! We were a family of 10 that fit very comfortably. The kitchen is huge, large dining table, large deck, and the property was amazing. I run terrain runs and was able to run for miles through the many trails carved through the forests. Our family had a great time canoeing, paddle boarding, sitting on the deck, and sitting around the large sectional couch. The house was also only a short drive to restaurants, grocery, the lake, and trails.

Great for a group

Quiet home in the woods down a dead end road, great for a group! We loved the big kitchen + ample couch seating in the living room. Our driver had no problem locating us. Oven/Grill + kitchen pans could use a good scrubbing, but other than that this house was the PERFECT cozy space for our ladies weekend together. I would absolutely return!

Beautiful property

The pictures online do not give this property enough credit! The house and land was so beautiful. We brought paddle boards for the pond and had a blast. The open concept and seating provided ample space for our large group. Instructions were simple and reasonable. Highly recommend this property!!

Perfect for a quiet get away!

Great location for a secluded get away with friends or family. We did not have to worry about making too much noise or being a bother to any neighbors! The pond is gorgeous and we enjoyed hanging out on the the deck admiring the beautiful scenery. The house was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals which was wonderful! We did do a wine tour and the limo company had no problem accommodating where we were staying. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Beautiful location and home

The house was very nice exactly like the photos The pond was beautiful we were able to catch Yellow perch, Crappy, Catfish and Bluegill. The location of the house is very quiet and was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend I would highly recommend. The property management was great at communicating when we arrived and we had questions.

The Pond

Perfect house for a getaway. Centrally located between local breweries and wineries. Or kick back with a fire going right on the pond. Will stay again next time in the area.

Peaceful and Private

We hd so much fun on this property! We came up for a long weekend birthday celebration. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and gadgets and the backyard hd everything from extra tables and chairs to canoes, a firepit, and firewood! It was very private and the view of the lake in the morning and the view of the sky at night was wonderful. I do agree with another review that the carpet in the main room could use a deep clean but that’s also coming from a person who has a lot of feelings about carpet. SK was responsive to any questions I had and was willing to try and accommodate whatever we needed. Approximately 1 hour from the seneca lake wine trail but there’re many other nice spots close by!

Amazing!

The house was everything we were hoping for! Private, amazing views, activities to do at the property and all the wineries within driving distance ! We had a limo service pick us up to take us around the wineries and had a blast! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family get away

Wonderful weekend at Evergreen Vista. Our family was so excited to go to a place that was serene and peaceful so we chose Evergreen Vista for that reason. Everything about this home exceeded our expectation. Accommodations, cleanliness, supplies and the property itself was perfect. SK was very responsive to our questions in a timely manner. Excellent property.

Beautiful, Unique, and Memorable

We stayed 3 nights at Evergreen Vista. Renting this place added so much pleasure to our trip. Everyone in our group enjoyed the place, from fishing and canoeing to waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. The place is indeed out of the way, but we always like to go for the road less traveled. SK gave some really good tips about the surrounding areas. (Grimes Glen is a hidden gem!) I do agree with one of the reviews about the TLC of the place: The carpet in the common area needs a good cleaning, and the stuff in the kitchen drawers and cabinets needs to be better organized. Also too many things in some of the closets that we ended up didn't use them at all. On top of that, we encountered a weird ants invasion one evening. But SK was very proactive and helpful to solve the problems for us. And luckily our vacation didn't get interrupted because of that. So the pros totally outweighs the cons about this place. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing weekend getaway

This place is gorgeous and it sits on a private land. The house was cozy and super comfortable. Everything was super clean and the amenities were great. We love waking up to the sunrise over the view from the bedroom and having coffee on the deck or patio, to Canoeing on the pond or just reading a book in the hammock. It was all-around unforgettable! On top of it all, the place is secluded with enough space for the kids to have fun. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for something quiet and serene to enjoy the nature. We can't wait to visit again!

This property had so much .. canoes for the pond, supplies, etc. and so close to Keuka. Plenty of room for all of us to move around in. Two deck areas. This is a must to rent.
