Profitez de la zone de barbecue tiki hut si vous vous sentez comme un cook-out ou un pique-nique. Les autres installations sur place comprennent une piscine chauffée, une laverie à chaque étage et un parking couvert.

Condo charmant et lumineux situé sur la célèbre Crescent Beach à Siesta Key. Attention aux détails est évident dans ce condo de 2 chambres joliment meublées. Vous allez adorer le nouveau mobilier de salon confortable! Une télévision à écran plat avec câble gratuit est fournie dans le salon ainsi que dans les deux chambres. Vous aurez également votre propre barre humide. La cuisine est modernisée avec tous les nouveaux appareils en 2019 et très bien équipée. Détendez-vous et profitez de la vue sur le golfe depuis le confortable balcon privé, accessible depuis le salon ou la chambre principale. Le condo peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement avec un nouveau lit king dans le maître, 2 jumeaux dans la chambre et un nouveau canapé-lit dans le salon. Apportez votre ordinateur portable, Internet sans fil gratuit est fourni dans le condo ainsi que la piscine!

Le condo est situé dans un complexe privé à un pâté de maisons du pont Stickney Point pour un accès facile sur et hors de l'île. Juste en face de la rue, vous pouvez louer des vélos, des segways et des scooters pour explorer Siesta Key. Sea Shell on Siesta Key the Perfect Vacation spot

Sea Shell is a fantastic vacation spot on Crescent Beach/Siesta Key. We have been coming to Siesta key for almost 30 years. Staying at the Sea Shell is ideal, convenient to everything Siesta Key has to offer and the beach location is just perfect. We look forward to returning to stay at Sea Shell for many years to come.

Excellent Beach Vacation

The condo is clean, beautiful, and steps from the beach. The property manager graciously helped us with a special request at check-in and was responsive and helpful. The Crescent Beach Market is right across the street. It’s an excellent store with a wide selection of items and incredibly friendly employees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is great property and have stayed here many times. Was unable to stay due to hurricane limitations and damages. I am awaiting a refund which I hope can be processed

Perfect Location!

Enjoyed staying at this condo for Spring Break. Great Location, plenty of towels, and the property manager immediately responded to me with any questions I had. Loved the parking spot and having ability to reserve chairs and umbrella prevented schlepting chairs etc. (There is a company that does it right out front). Lastly, all appliances are uodated and beds were comfortable. Foldout was nice too. Great view (even if from the side)

master bed was terrible

the bed in the master bedroom was terrible, every morning when I woke up my back was very sore. I ended up sleeping on couch or in the 2nd bedroom.

Great location, excellent property

Like alot of the properties in the area, they are older, but we had a fantastic experience. Fully stocked with lots of extra bedding, beach towels, ample kitchen supplies. Great tv access (not that we used it that much but it was impressive), good wifi. The ONLY thing missing was extra hooks and perhaps a foldable drying rack for beach towels. Towels and swimsuits dry better over night in the ac as opposed to the balcony. High top chairs on the balcony would have been a bonus too as we couldn't see the water over the side. Oh well. Was still a great unit and would stay there again.

Rental change

Overall it was a good place to stay. They were great about communicating with me and the location of the building was convenient for us.. My biggest complaint is that when I booked it I was booking condo 402. Later when they asked for final payment they had changed it to 407. We picked that condo because of its location in the building, so we were extremely disappointed! We couldn’t use over half of the outlets because they’re so old things wouldn’t stay plugged in…they just fell out. The fan in the master bath didn’t work and they didn’t have much to use on the beach, so come prepared!

Disappointed in this unit, Love the Sea Shell Condos

Our group had issues starting w/codes for the gate. Had to lug our luggage & groceries from the front parking lot to the unit. The biggest issue is they did routine scheduled work placing glass on the tables while we were there. The issue was what they used to secure it. The material stunk up the whole unit & even though we opened windows/doors for days, it never went away. My asthma was flared, had to use inhalers/meds, almost had to go to Urgent Care. Plus, we had to wash the beach towels before we left. Never had to do that before. I would not stay here again but would stay at other units.

The glass installation was scheduled by the property owner. She attempted to re-schedule the appointment but was told there would be a 6-week delay. We were not informed about the guest's issue with the material used, or her asthma flare, until after she checked out. There is no obligation for guests to launder beach towels. It is possible that the guest misunderstood the check out instructions.

Great location. “Tired”accommodation needs updating and attention

Wonderful location close to beach is this rental’s primary asset. The door locking/security device worked great. Communication with the rental agent was timely and thorough. It falls short, however, when compared to other units regarding updates and maintenance. It desperately needs a decorator!! It screams for fresh paint and beach colors. The ancient metal bi-fold doors in the bedrooms squeal in protest with opening and shutting. There was a rust- encrusted hole in the master bathroom ceiling where an exhaust fan should have been. Bed sheets were ill-fitting and worn. New beach and bath towels should be purchased - some are passable but most have outlived their useful lives. The bed made noises with entry, exit and position changes. Washer and dryer worked well and while not in the unit are conveniently located by the elevator. Rent with eyes open. This used to be a luxury condo with an outstanding location. It still has the location but needs quite a bit of attention to return to the luxury class

Getting away is always good.

First of all, the weather sucked. This is twice I have been to Flordia in the last seven months. 100 degrees in June. Today a low of 45 and 20 mile an hour winds. Cloudy most days. We had such high hopes for our trip, but getting away is always good. The complex was very nice. Beautiful beach with chairs and lounges. The property manager sent me a five page set of rules. The hinge on one of the upper kitchen cabinets was broke. It fell and almost hit her. I called the manager and he requested pictures which I sent. That was the last I heard from him. The manual in the condo said there were two remotes for the Television. I spent a half hour looking for it. Turns out you only need one! Something is wrong with the TV remote in the master bedroom. The living room fan has a Serious vibration. Volume and channel buttons don't work. All that said, we had an enjoyable time. I think it was properly priced. Lord willing we will be in Siesta Key next year because getting away is always fun.

The unit overall worked well for my family of 5. The furniture and bedding were comfortable and clean and the unit was nice and bright. As previous reviews have stated, the kitchen appliances really could use an upgrade. The dishes came out of the dishwasher cloudy and not totally clean, even after running a second time. Although the baths were overall clean, the sliding shower doors could use some sprucing up along the tracks and some maintenance had to be done while we were there on the master shower drain as there was standing water (saw this in a previous review, so must be an ongoing issue). MY BIG ISSUE IS THE DOOR TO THE BALCONY. It has a HANDLESET lock so can easily lock behind you! We found this out the hard way after we went out to put our wet beach stuff on the balcony and someone shut the door. My entire family, with 3 small children, were locked out in 90+ degree heat mid-day with no phone or water for over an hour. Because this unit is not managed by the building like all of the others, anyone we yelled to for help ended up calling the building management in Venice, FL. We eventually had to call the fire department. We heard from the maintenance guy when he finally got there that this was not the first time this has happened. They need to put a sliding or chain lock from the inside or this will happen again. I WANTED TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS AWARE OF THIS so hopefully it will be less likely to happen again.

Vacances relaxantes et sans souci

La location a été très bien et Holly a été très accommodante et nous a répondu très très rapidement. Une hôtesse parfaite. Si vous chercher un endroit sur la magnifique plage où il y a peu d’actions, c’est un super endroit. Condo très grand et parfait pour ma famille de 5. Les deux salles de bain, les grands espaces, la grande table à dîner, laveuse-sécheuse ont été très appréciés par ma famille et moi.

Great location for a family.

Holly was wonderful to work with. When I told her our plane would arrive in the morning, she got back to me and allowed us to check in early. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. The mattresses weren’t great, but this is subjective and I prefer a firm mattress. The sofa mattress was in pretty bad shape but my teenager made the best of it. The kitchen was stocked. We enjoyed the free access to beach chairs. Across the street is Anna’s sub shop, Captain Curts bar, coffee shop, and ice cream shop. All were delicious. The condo has plenty of room for our family of 5. The view from the balcony was nice. You could see the ocean. Overall we enjoyed our location and stay.

Great location but hot

This condo was in a perfect location. The balcony is a side view but had a great view of the beach. I gave it four stars because to us the beds were very uncomfortable (very firm, caused issues with shoulders and we are in our 30s) and also the master bedroom was very hot. The ceiling fan goes very slow even on high and there was an oscillating fan and a box fan to make it bearable but it was hard to sleep the first night. The location was great and beach was great though!

Had an AMAZING time!

Let me start off by saying I put A LOT into reviews when I am booking a place! With that said, you can trust me when I say this condo was amazing!! Very clean, spacious, well stocked. The beds are comfy, extra blankets so snuggle with when watching TV in the evening. The view from the balcony is incredible. The beach is steps away, and it is beautiful! Holly was amazing to work with. I would 100% stay here again. Thank You for allowing us the use of your wonderful condo!

We were over the moon with this condo. Can’t say enough. Beautifully kept unit in a beautiful community. Views of the marina and inter coastal-spectacular. Excellent experience from check in to check out. Will definitely be back!
