Step into your beach retreat at Summerchase 402. From the moment you enter, you're greeted by an open living space framed by floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf. Slide open the balcony doors to watch sunrise light spill across the waves. The living room invites you to unwind with plush seating and a breezy coastal palette.

The DreamCloud king bed in the primary suite is a sanctuary. You’ll enjoy a spacious en-suite with walk-in shower and dressing vanity. The guest room features a queen bed and twin bunks—perfect for kids or extra guests. The kitchen is fully stocked and family-friendly, with kid utensils and high chair included. There's also a washer/dryer for convenience.

Outside your door, Summerchase offers the full resort experience: a beach-facing pool, a separate kiddie pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness center, and game room. You’re steps from the sand and walking distance to restaurants and shops. This is a laid-back, clean, family-friendly complex.

Great place to stay!! So close to so many walkable places to eat. Great views of the beach and in a quieter area on the beach. The house was very clean and Sharon was very easy to get a hold of. We will be back!

Amazing location and condo. Direct beach access while also being so close to many food options. Condo was clean and the kids loved the bunk beds. Sharon was an amazing host that was in constant communication entire time. Would highly recommend this place for any family looking to getaway to the beach!

The perfect condo

We loved our stay at this condo. It was very clean and well stocked. Owner communicated often with us and made sure everything was perfect. This complex is next door to CoastAL which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to stay again.

Clean, organized, full of everything needed to enjoy the stay. The host was the best at communicating throughout the trip. The walk to the pool and beach were short. There are tons of shops and restaurants very close! The view from the living room and bedroom was absolutely beautiful!!! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

What can I say...the BEST place I've stayed. Sharon definitely has a knack for decorating. Unit was clean and beautiful. Nice location in the bldg. Comfortably balcony seating and many amenities within the complex. Quick and easy access to the beach. Loved our week there.

Easy trip

The owner was quick to answer questions. Everything is labeled!! My kids asked to go back to the same place next time! The pool is over to the right so you don’t get pool noise either!

Beautiful views and wonderful unit!

We had an incredible stay at this condo in Orange Beach. We have stayed in at least 15 different condos in Orange Beach and this was by-far our favorite spot!! The boardwalk to the beach is short and easy. We have 4 kids and made the haul with no problem. The unit had everything we needed and more. The host was so helpful and always quick to respond. We will definitely be returning to this unit and will recommend it to family and friends. Thankful for this trip!

Absolutely Perfect!

We had an absolutely amazing week staying in this condo in orange beach. The condo is amazingly clean, has so many amenities in the condo and the attention to small details is incredible. The owners have literally thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! The condo is decorated very nicely but is also very functional and feels comfortable the minute you walk in! If I could give more than five stars 
 I certainly would! We are already planning another trip and will do our best to secure this same condo!

This is our second time staying at Sharon’s place and we will be back. Very clean, comfortable beds and furniture!! Weather was cold early in the week so our kids took full advantage of the indoor pool. Sharon was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to get back to the area and stay here again!!
