Situated on the 9th floor of Summerchase Condominiums, this luxurious unit offers magnificent views of the Gulf of America coastline from the private balcony. Enjoy the advantage of working directly with the owner and bypassing management companies and going directly to your condo. The property was beautiful - just as described. Very clean with all of the conveniences of home. Well stocked with towels, dishes, and supplies. Close proximity to restaurants and family activities. The view from the balcony is heavenly! The artwork and furnishings were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. My husband loved the master shower. Our teen loved the indoor hot tub and the pool. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will be back in the future!

Great ocean views from our condo. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as the weather was absolutely perfect. This condo complex is close to everything you would want. There’re is a Publix and Walmart nearby. There is a DQ and a doughnut shop in the same center with the Publix. There is also a drugstore in same center. Several restaurants to choose from in the area.

This was such a wonderful stay for my family! The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was great, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was terrific. My mother has some mobility issues and the closeness of the beach really made our stay more enjoyable. We also got some use out of the swimming pool on a day that the water was a little too rough for my 4 year old. The host, Dusty, was super quick at responding to a couple questions I had regarding check in and an extra parking pass. I absolutely plan on booking here again for our next beach trip.

Wonderful vacation!

The condo was just as described and pictured. Check-in and out were seamless. The location was great, the beach access was easy, and the view was amazing! Our stay in Orange Beach was very relaxing and our accomodations were top-notch!

Awesome Location

This is a nice condo in an excellent location. During our stay, the beach in front of the condo was never crowded which made it even nicer. We would certainly stay here again. On a side note, the CoastAL restaurant next door is really great: spot, guitar player, food, drinks, gift shop.

Beautiful view!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a great view of the ocean from the balcony.The only disappointment was that the indoor and outdoor pools were closed due to maintenance issues. We knew the owner couldn’t help change that! We would definitely go back to this condo!

2nd time stay at Summerchase. This unit was great. Everything provided for a relaxing stay. Great view of the beach. Excellent location to many nearby restaurants & groceries. Property manager was very helpful and easy to contact. Made our stay special.
