Beautiful condo with a great layout and lots of space for a larger group. The condo is at the quieter end of the beach which is exactly what we were looking for and about a 15-20 minute walk to shops & restaurants in town. Great views from the balcony. The beach was not crowded (late Sept) and we enjoyed the lazy river & water slide, even with a group of adults. Beds were very comfortable. 5 stars!

Beautiful property! This unit was perfect for our family of 13. Easy check in, we were there before check in & the front desk held our luggage until it was time to check in. Beautiful property, would definitely recommend.

We did have an issue with noise at the pool our last night there , really loud music allowed to be played. But at 10:00 it all went quiet.

We Loved It

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo and was disappointed that we had to leave a day early due to weather declaring a mandatory evacuation be put into place. Our main complaint was, our ice machine did not work so we had to buy all our ice from somewhere else. We reported it but maintenance man could not fix it. We would stay again.

Our Spring Break week in the Condo was great. The property is new and is in excellent condition as one would expect. The condo itself is attractively decorated and modern. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and extra blankets and pillows. The TVs throughout are all large and easy to operate. Being on the third floor means you can park and walk directly to the condo, avoiding any wait for an elevator. Overall, completely pleased with our stay.

Beautiful Property but Fire the Cleaning Company

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property with wonderful amenities. Cleaning service should be fired. We dealt with flying insects (exterminator had to come and we bought Raid) all week. Sand was all over the floor upon arrival. Requested a housekeeper return but never showed.

The only real complaint was there was really nothing to cook with. We cook a lot of meals in the condo and we had to go buy frying pans and had just 1 small cookie sheet.

Only complaint we had was lack of cooking pans, no griddle, or large skillets, our family group did most of our own meals, and spent alot of time scrubbing the non stick pans.We loved the perfect location to the pools and 3rd floor was perfect to keep a watchful eye on kids.Our third day brought a bus load arrival of about 30 teenagers, although they were respectful, they took over the pool and slides, and were quite loud when the many guests with little ones were trying settle in for bed, we would have booked a different date if we had known about a tournament going on. All in all, great vacation.

This condo was the perfect fit for our needs. We had 12 people stay with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and also be able to have your own space. The condo being on the 3rd floor was ideal for the grandparents that don’t/can’t do the beach, they were able to see the family on the beach and were actually able to talk to the ones that were in the pool/lazy river area. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The separate ice maker was an added bonus. My husbands one suggestion was to put some kind of padding on the chairs & bar stools legs to help cut down on the scraping noise when pulling the chairs out. We would definitely book here again.
