NOUVELLE visite virtuelle. Voir 2e ou 3e photo. C'est une tournée 360! Ceci est la derniÚre information sur la maison. Travailler sur de nouvelles photos, mais c'est une procédure pas à pas en direct de cette année! NOTEZ que c'est le tour pour les DEUX cÎtés. Ceci est une liste pour seulement 1!

Ce magnifique duplex est situé directement sur la plage du Golfe! Ouvrez les portes arriÚre et profitez du soleil, du surf et du sable!

En cours d'exécution "combler les lacunes" 20-25 pour cent de réduction sur les semaines restantes maintenant pour l'hiver! Obtenez-les tant qu'ils durent. EN PLUS: pour les séjours d'une semaine complÚte, le prix est de 7 nuits pour le prix de 6!

Les prix sur VRBO tiennent déjà compte des rabais.

Cette liste est pour UN cĂŽtĂ©, mais je possĂšde les deux, donc si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace, vous pourrez peut-ĂȘtre doubler votre plaisir! Renseignez-vous et je peux vĂ©rifier si les deux cĂŽtĂ©s sont disponibles (10BR! Dormir jusqu'Ă  32). Il y a des portes communicantes au niveau principal.

Chaque cÎté dispose de 5 chambres. Les chambres sont (1) King, (2) King, (3) King, (4) King, (5) 2 lits superposés (simples ou doubles). Il y a un canapé-lit dans le bonus et les salons pour encore plus d'espace de lit si votre grande famille ou votre rassemblement en a besoin.

Chaque cÎté a deux, oui deux, des chambres principales, une au rez-de-chaussée et l'autre et la troisiÚme, chacune avec un bain à remous avec douche séparée.

Le Sundancer comprend plusieurs téléviseurs, lecteurs DVD, cùble, Internet, téléphone avec interurbain domestique gratuit, deux réfrigérateurs dans la grande cuisine bien aménagée et les terrasses de nombreuses chambres.

Une piscine privée, partagée uniquement par les deux cÎtés du duplex, donne sur la belle vue sur la plage du golfe qui vous invite à profiter d'une petite détente au bord de la piscine au son des vagues se brisant sur le sable blanc.

Vraiment grand groupe? Je possÚde 4 duplex cÎte à cÎte. Peut gérer à peu prÚs n'importe quelle taille de groupe!

Ne fumez pas s'il vous plaßt, mais n'hésitez pas à manger beaucoup de crevettes, à vous prélasser au soleil et à passer un bon moment!

This was a family vacation. Manager was prompt for fixing the light situation in the bathrooms but we never did get the slider on the top floor fixed. Three floors to get to the master with belongings would be tough for an elderly person. The pool and the pool furniture were very nice. But some of the interior could use some attention.

Location of the house is perfect! The pool between the gulf and the house allows you to see pool from deck(s) as well as the Gulf. Several days with dolphins close to shore! The furniture in living and dining room (particularly couch and dining room chairs) could use some updates but also understandable with this being a beach house. The furniture isn't terrible by any means! We enjoy it or stay so much!

The house was wonderfully located to the stores easy walk to the beach great having a pool right outside the door. The only negative thing I could say would be update the furniture the third floor bed mattress was not very comfortable at all felt the springs along with one of the bedrooms on the second floor as well. Bedroom on third floor chest of drawers. All the handles are broke off so you could not actually access the drawers.. living room had too many chairs just not enough space for the chairs that were located in there. We were constantly having to move them out of the way of the door..

Beach Vacation 2025

Location Location Location!!!! This property is close to everything! The store and restaurant across the street were so convenient My family had a great time staying at Sundancer! The house could use a little updating and TLC, but overall, our vacation was relaxing & enjoyable. The house was clean and easily accessible. We shared the Duplex with a great family and enjoyed the afternoons in the refreshing pool.

Wonderful stay

As always, we had a wonderful stay at your home. There were a couple issues this year for the whole month and your maintenance people took care of them promptly and efficiently. We thoroughly enjoy the privacy of your home as opposed to a busy high-rise, although we are getting older and are not sure how much longer we will be able to negotiate all of those stairs! The past couple of years we've used the bedroom on the main floor. Thanks again for a great month. We are looking forward to next year!

Fantastic stay

Fantastic Thanksgiving. Loved the house!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving on the beach in Sundancer. It was clean, lots of room, and everything we needed for Thanksgiving meals. We loved being right on the beach, and right across from the store and restaurant too. We will be back!

In season: S&S Seafood is open. Order up some shrimp, corn, and potatoes steamed (I choose cajun, of course!). The pool on Sundancer is fairly sheltered, fenced, but open to the sun, and there is a lot of space under the home (on concrete) to escape the heat and sun if you need to do so!
