Ocean One 415 - 4e Ă©tage Oceanfront Condo

Avec les ponts du salon et de la chambre principale, les clients de l’Ocean One 415 bĂ©nĂ©ficient d’une vue spectaculaire sur l’ocĂ©an et sur la piscine en bord de mer menant Ă  la plage. Au 4Ăšme Ă©tage, ce condo en bord de mer peut accueillir confortablement 7 personnes. Il comprend un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, un lit queen-size et des lits jumeaux dans la chambre 2, ainsi qu’un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon.
Ce condo est sous le nouveau propriĂ©taire Ă  partir de juillet 2019 et les nouveaux propriĂ©taires ont effectuĂ© plusieurs amĂ©liorations. Nouveaux volets de Plantation, peinture, revĂȘtements de sol, literie et bien plus encore! De nouvelles photos seront affichĂ©es cet automne.

Ocean One a ajouté une nouvelle zone de cuisson au complexe situé juste au-delà de la piscine.
Les vacanciers peuvent se rincer sous la douche extérieure située sur la promenade de la plage privée du complexe, puis plonger dans la piscine en bord de mer.
Ocean One est un immeuble avec ascenseur de cinq Ă©tages situĂ© dans South Forest Beach. Parmi les commoditĂ©s offertes sur l’üle de Hilton Head, Ocean One se trouve Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maison de Coligny Plaza, un pittoresque centre-ville qui propose Ă  ses clients un large choix de restaurants, de boutiques et de divertissements.

4th of July Vacation

We love this unit. The listing was spot on. The unit was very clean. It had all the needed appliances. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean a lot. This was a great place to watch the fireworks from. Great location to Coligny Plaza and other restaurants all in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place!

Perfect location on Coligny Beach, near the Coligny plaza shopping center. The condo is well-maintained and had plenty of room for my family of 5 that includes three teens. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

We loved this condo! So close to the beach and very roomy. It was so nice sitting on the porch and listening to the waves and the music. It was close to many shops and restaurants. We will stay here again! We left a couple days early because of hurricane Ian, but it was such a neat experience watching the ocean and beach change with the weather.

Best vacation

This property was awesome.The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Usually doesn’t happen that way but this condo did. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We were ocean front with a view of the pool. The pool was beautiful at night. The location of this condo was perfect. Shopping and restaurants very close. The perfect location. We would definitely stay again!!!

This condo had a great floor plan for 2 couples with good privacy. Views and beach access were amazing. Comfortable furnishings. Would rent this unit again!

Great Stay and Amazing Views

We definitely plan to return to Ocean One in the future. The condo was great and the fourth floor balcony provided a great way to enjoy our time. Very walkable to beach, shops and restaurants.

Amazing Family Experiemce

Fabulous location! Clean condo with all the needed amenities. Loved being able to watch the kids at the pool from the balcony and being able to send them biking to the local stores/shoppes on the bikes since it was so close. We have terms so it was great! Will definitely return!
