Ocean One 415 - 4e Ă©tage Oceanfront Condo

Avec les ponts du salon et de la chambre principale, les clients de l’Ocean One 415 bĂ©nĂ©ficient d’une vue spectaculaire sur l’ocĂ©an et sur la piscine en bord de mer menant Ă  la plage. Au 4Ăšme Ă©tage, ce condo en bord de mer peut accueillir confortablement 7 personnes. Il comprend un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, un lit queen-size et des lits jumeaux dans la chambre 2, ainsi qu’un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon.
Ce condo est sous le nouveau propriĂ©taire Ă  partir de juillet 2019 et les nouveaux propriĂ©taires ont effectuĂ© plusieurs amĂ©liorations. Nouveaux volets de Plantation, peinture, revĂȘtements de sol, literie et bien plus encore! De nouvelles photos seront affichĂ©es cet automne.

Ocean One a ajouté une nouvelle zone de cuisson au complexe situé juste au-delà de la piscine.
Les vacanciers peuvent se rincer sous la douche extérieure située sur la promenade de la plage privée du complexe, puis plonger dans la piscine en bord de mer.
Ocean One est un immeuble avec ascenseur de cinq Ă©tages situĂ© dans South Forest Beach. Parmi les commoditĂ©s offertes sur l’üle de Hilton Head, Ocean One se trouve Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maison de Coligny Plaza, un pittoresque centre-ville qui propose Ă  ses clients un large choix de restaurants, de boutiques et de divertissements.

Perfect place!

Perfect location on Coligny Beach, near the Coligny plaza shopping center. The condo is well-maintained and had plenty of room for my family of 5 that includes three teens. Will definitely stay here again.

4th of July Vacation

We love this unit. The listing was spot on. The unit was very clean. It had all the needed appliances. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean a lot. This was a great place to watch the fireworks from. Great location to Coligny Plaza and other restaurants all in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Great family accommodations!

The condo was very clean and just what this family of 5 needed! You couldn't ask for a better location. The balcony is just above the edge of the pool and we could easily see the ocean and watch the dolphins!

The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. I’ve had back surgery and will be looking into purchasing that mattress. The kitchen and bathrooms could use an upgrade but aren’t bad. Overall very nice. The front door lock was a bit frustrating and hard toOpen at times.

The kitchen supplies need some upgrading such as wine glasses and bigger pots for cooking. But those are simply minor and did not take away from the units attractiveness. Would recommend this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was in a perfect location, very comfortable, and for the most part clean. The only problem that we had was lack of internet access in the condo. We called several times to let them know that the internet connection was not working, and they promised that someone would be there to fix it. Unfortunately they never showed up, not that it would make a difference because there was not a modem anywhere in the condo. They gave us a password for another connection somewhere in the condo area, but we could never get to any sites. I lost 10 hours of pay, and 10 hours of PTO due to not being able to get on the internet. I would still rent other condos in the building, but not this particular one. Make sure to check if the condo you are staying in has internet access!

Fantastic stay!

We loved this condo! So close to the beach and very roomy. It was so nice sitting on the porch and listening to the waves and the music. It was close to many shops and restaurants. We will stay here again! We left a couple days early because of hurricane Ian, but it was such a neat experience watching the ocean and beach change with the weather.

Best vacation

This property was awesome.The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Usually doesn’t happen that way but this condo did. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We were ocean front with a view of the pool. The pool was beautiful at night. The location of this condo was perfect. Shopping and restaurants very close. The perfect location. We would definitely stay again!!!

I would stay at a different place due to the fact we could hear the music all day and late into the night next door. (Don't get me wrong, it was fun, but I do like to actually HEAR the ocean.)

This condo had a great floor plan for 2 couples with good privacy. Views and beach access were amazing. Comfortable furnishings. Would rent this unit again!

Great Stay and Amazing Views

We definitely plan to return to Ocean One in the future. The condo was great and the fourth floor balcony provided a great way to enjoy our time. Very walkable to beach, shops and restaurants.
