Shorewood 430 - Superbe condo Oceanview 4e Ă©tage

Avec un balcon surdimensionné accessible par le salon, les clients séjournant à Shorewood 430 bénéficient d'une vue magnifique sur l'océan Atlantique et la piscine Shorewood. AprÚs des heures de surf, les vacanciers reviennent de l'océan via la promenade de la plage de Shorewood, puis se baignent dans la piscine d'eau douce ou dans un spa chauffé en saison. Les tout-petits ont une pataugeoire séparée. Shorewood est un immeuble d'ascenseurs de cinq étages situé à South Forest Beach. Parmi les commodités offertes dans toute l'ßle Hilton Head, Shorewood se trouve à deux pùtés de maisons du marché de la plage de Coligny, un centre-ville pittoresque qui offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, de magasins et de divertissements pour tous les ùges. Internet sans fil fourni.
Shorewood 430 a été récemment rénové (février 2014) et a une nouvelle cuisine et appareils électroménagers, bains, planchers, meubles et bien plus encore pour 2014. King dans le maßtre, 1 reine dans le 2Úme plus un canapé-lit queen dans le salon.

I’m a harsh critic when it comes to cleanliness and this one passed the test. Clearly the owners take pride. Master bed was comfortable (didn’t use other bedroom) and the bathrooms/showers were nice and roomy. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Can’t beat the location for walking into Coligny or to the Tiki. Seashore Vacations make the entire experience EASY- I’ll definitely be using their services for all HH stays going forward.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many condos at Shorewood over the years but never an end unit. It’s huge. Lots of hallway lol. This unit is as decorated very modern. Everything was clean and it has everything we need to make breakfast and lunch there except a toaster. That was very odd. The patio is large and comfortable chairs to sit in the morning and have coffee. Of the afternoon for cocktails. You still have a partial ocean view and some of the pool. I love how the owner has notes everywhere about different things like how to operate front door lock and the tv. Plenty of towels and dishes too. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the owner for sharing this beautiful condo with us.

Love the location!!!

Shorewood is a great place to stay. This condo is beautiful and the kitchen is fully stocked with items you’ll need. The only problem we had was the elevator broke on our last night and we had to carry everything down four flights. That was rough!

We had a wonderful family vacation on HHI! The condo was MAGNIFICENT! Condo was exactly as pictured, newly updated, well stocked and super clean! Property is located right near the beach, gated and within walking distance to Coligny Shopping Plaza! Highly Recommend! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The dining room table and chairs, couch and chairs had been changed. It is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has all one needs to cook and more. The bed was comfortable, which is a big plus. Sitting on the balcony reading, drinking coffee, talking makes for a relaxing time. The ac did quit was was fixed in a reasonable time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommended it to others. We have rented thru Seashore many years, without any problem.

Broken elevator with no warning

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived to our fourth floor condo the elevator was broken. We had to carry all of our luggage plus a toddler plus groceries up 9 flights of stairs. It was brutal and wore us out. Had we been in bad shape or older there is no way we could have even did it. The next day I contacted the management after hearing from another guest that the elevator had been down for a month. They told us that it would be fixed as soon as a part came in. The entire 7 day stay we had to go up and down 9 flights of stairs with our stuff. Had we been warned beforehand we would have booked a ground unit or stayed somewhere else. When it is 85 degrees, carrying a toddler up and down stairs is not ideal. It was extremely aggravating. Also, the condo bathrooms need a good cleaning. The showers were disgusting with mildew.

Great condo with lots of room to spread out. The proximity to Coligny Beach and the balcony are 2 big reasons we loved it here. The only downside was the elevator was broken the whole time and going up 4 flights of stairs every time we left was brutal.

Lots of seating in the family room, and the dining table and barstools add to that. The patio was spacious and had a very nice view, fitting of the name of the condo. Our only concern was the grout in the showers could be cleaned better as well as the bathroom AC vents, which had lots of dust and some mildew.

Summer Fun!

Clean and updated villa. Great location only steps from Coligny Beach amenities. Check in process is a bit prehistoric as the days of having to check in at a remote office to gain access to your condo are over! Or at least they should be. Other than that great condo great pool and one level beach access which is great for those lugging kids gear and wagons!!!

Amazing Property!

This property was absolutely perfect for a family getaway. The pool and easy access to beach were both ideal for fun filled days! The property was very clean and well maintained with a very well stocked kitchen.
