Marco Island Beachfront Retreat

Enjoy our beautiful 2 BR Ocean Front Condo overlooking the most desired stretch of beach on Marco Island. Just a few buildings down from the JW Marriott Resort & Spa and across the street from several restaurants and shops- our condo provides both peaceful tranquility and opportunities to explore all that Marco offers.

Our beach-front condo offers a heated pool & hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis, and a brand new fitness center.

Our beachfront condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach, and we have appointed it just for this purpose.

Enjoy the coastal comforts of our new king sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, as well as an additional Murphy pull-out full sized bed. We also have a full sized crib available and a pack-and-play.

The kitchen is stocked with a new combo drip + Keurig K Cup coffee machine, a tea kettle, new cook & bakeware, and all the utensils you will need to make a nice meal for your group. A crock pot, toaster, and blender are also all available.

High-speed secure wifi is throughout the unit, with a smart TV in the living room and both bedrooms. We also have multiple board & card games to enjoy.

Enjoy the beautiful Marco Island sunsets over the ocean with your evening glass of wine on our spacious outdoor lanai seating. Our free beach accommodations include beach chairs, cooler, and beach wagon for your convenience.

The condo complex provides 24 hour security and property surveillance. The cost of your stay includes parking for 1 vehicle.

We provide a starter pack of soaps, shampoos and conditioners, as well as detergent for both dishwasher and laundry. Our hope is that these amenities will get you by so you are able to experience a painless check-in before heading to the store to pick up your own personal items for your stay.

Additional things to be aware of:
- Maximum unit occupancy is 4 people (including all adults and children)
- No pets are allowed, unfortunately

The full set of condo complex ameneties are available to guests, including a shared outdoor BBQ space, tennis, fitness, shuffle board, pool, and hot tub.

We provide guests with a keyfob that provides access to the beach (via our private beach boardwalk).

We provide the owner's direct phone number to guests, available throughout our guests stay for questions or issues. We also actively communicate to our guests via the AirBnB app and are available 24/7.

For all stays, we require a brief rental agreement to be signed.

We communicate with our guests before their arrival to ensure a smooth check-in, and do our best to ensure an enjoyable & relaxing visit throughout.
