Pro- location to beach and dining/shopping. Con- misinformed about amenities and poor communication. Was very important to us that we could swim so before deciding to book I asked, and was told pool was open but not heated, which in fact both outdoor and indoor pools were closed. When I mentioned they said they didn’t recall the conversation. When I sent proof of the conversation they ghosted me and never responded again. No apology, no compensation for the wrong information. I would’ve booked elsewhere with accessible pools. Internet went out for a day too and sat around waiting to have someone show to fix. It went in and out a few times during the week. Place looks nice from photos but a few things like bathroom door didn’t lock, recliner didn’t recline, no binder with any information on the place or area, no blankets just bedding and it was cold. They also list tennis as an amenity and there’s no tennis on site, 20 min walk to public tennis courts. Mattress covers make the beds so loud with every time you move. I think the biggest thing for me, though was owners integrity. There was no acknowledgment that I was misinformed about the pool, which would’ve landed us renting elsewhere
 no apology no compensation.

Short, but sweet stay

The condo is in a great location! It is walking distance to everything in Coligny. The pools are fantastic and Pool Bar Jim’s is fun and convenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is not our first time staying in this unit or with seashore vacations. They communicate everything well. Upon entering the unit it was very dirty (bathrooms not clean at all including urine on toilets) texted after hours and they got right back to me and had the cleaning lady come back out to refresh after the weekend. I have nothing bad to say about the property management they are excellent!! The unit is great first floor is nice as you don’t always have to wait for the elevator to go down to the pool or beach. Pool area is fantastic and Pool Bar Jim’s always serves the best food and drinks! The unit itself is perfect for families. We cooked in the unit and there are ample supplies. Thank you Seashore Vacations. We will be back.

Reviewer Comments: As always the management company did their job well.I was disappointed in the unit and the overall facility.The unit was over supplied with bath towels, but no beach towels. Other people in our party in the same complex had 4 supplied. Easy fix and convenience.There was no simple shampoo or bath sample needs to even get started on a trip. Again the other unit supplied an ample package.There as only one elevator for the 5 stories causing frustration and delays waiting on usage.Cleaning was overall good, but lighting,picture frames and fans were coated in heavy dustLastly, both showers had black mold. Not serious, But certainly should have been cleaned between guests.I had heard Seacrest was an upscale luxury comp,ex, we didn’t see it

The carpets need cleaning , bedroom door will not shut for privacy, the balcony screen door is broke and the handle to the bedroom balcony door is broke. However the rest was clean, great vacation and stay. The Sea feast crew always reached out and gave responses. Easy to work with and very nice. Would stay here again but does need doors fixed for privacy and security reasons s ad well as the carpet needs pulled up or cleaned. Tile would make it easy for visitors to sweep up sand through the week if needed. We had a great time and would rent again from Sea Crest. They have more rentals across the street as well.

Unfortunately since work is being done our view was 2 empty ponds.My granson'toy went under couch & he pulled out a vape cartridge box, thankfully empty. Much trash under couch. I did not clean it out. Balcony was covered in cigarette ashes. Washer &dryer were filthy on top, lint trap not cleaned out& we had to rewash a load because something in washerwgot all over our clothes. Made us wonder if cleaning crew cleaned bathrooms, etc or just wiped them down. Our stay was very enjoyable besides cleaning issues l

EXCELLENT LOCATION!

We had a great time staying in this condo! It is located near the elevators, pools and beach. Furnishings were nice and comfortable, but we would have liked having blankets on the bed as the quilts bedspreads were very thin. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. We would choose to stay here again!

As always, the Seashore staff made our stay painless. The are extremely helpful and responsive to every aspect. Sea Crest 2110 is ideally located on the ocean directly cross the street from Coligny Plaza and all the shops, restaurants and entertainment. Also on the property is the world famous Pool Bar Jim’s beachfront bar. The unit is well maintained, up to date and well equipped.

Love sea crest

Sea crest villas are our go to spot to stay when traveling to Hilton Head Island. This was our first time using seashore vacations. I would recommend mailing or emailing codes as having to stop at the office was a bit inconvenient for my family as we were getting there after hours. The room was not up to our standards in cleanliness. I have a change over cleaning business at home and I would have never left a place I cleaned in this condition. Bed coverings had blood stains on them had to call to get new ones but couldnt reach anyone til Monday and we checked in on Saturday. Once I got someone they brought new blankets right away. Other than that our stay was great. The room is at a very convenient location to all the amenities offered at the condo complex. The vayk gear provided was very convenient as well. Very thankful to not have to pack beach chairs or bikes for the trip. All in all our stay was nice! The kitchen even had a crockpot that we used for dinners.

The location cannot be beat... it's an easy walk to numerous restaurants and shops. And Pool Bar Jim's onsite was nice for beach eats and drinks.
