We had a great stay at Buba's Bungalow. Debbie was an awesome host. The home was equipped with everything you need! There was so much thought put into the little details like make up wipes, 10x mirror, and coffee bar! The house was super clean and I have to say the beds, linens, and pillows were so comfortable! Perfect location to all the city fun! Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful stay! We had three couples staying, and there was plenty of room. The house is beautifully renovated and stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed hanging out in the back yard under the lights in the evening and drinking coffee on the porch in the morning. Easy walk to all the bars and restaurants on St. George. Highly recommend!

Buba's Bungalow is a treasure! Located within the historical district of St. Augustine it was a short walk to everything we needed to get to...shops, restaurants, attractions, etc...The house itself is charming with a huge porch for sitting out front and a very private back yard with a table/chairs under a trellis. It is open and very light and airy. The kitchen was fully stocked and it has a full size washer and dryer. We literally did not have to go out and get a thing for our stay! Host is very responsive and answered all questions. A perfect experience!

This is a great place to getaway. Within walking distance to old town, driving distance to the beach and is very well maintained. The host has thought of it all. The kitchen is very well appointed, very nice towels and comfortable beds. It was easy to communicate with the host and the check-in and check-out process was very simple. One thing to be made aware of is the upstairs bathrooms were not built for people taller than 6 ft. It is an older home so ceiling heights in the showers and stairwell are a bit lower than expected. If you are looking for a nice relaxing place to stay in St. Augustine, don’t pass this property up!

We spent 3 nights the beginning of December 2025. This was a perfect place for our group. The host was excellent and available. Only a 6 block walk to St George street and all the lights. The house was clean and well stocked with extras.

The hostess was great. Everything from booking to checking out was seamless. The home is well appointed and very clean. We were within easy walking distance of the historic area. The home itself is just perfect. We had plenty of room and privacy for our party of five in this lovely historic home. There is plenty of private outdoor space also We were celebrating a birthday and the hostess had balloons and a cake on the table when we arrived. It was “icing on the cake”!!!!

Great place to stay for a couple days while visiting st. Augustine. We were traveling with my elderly dad. Was great that there was bedroom on main floor so he didn’t have to do stairs.Kitchen and living room were a plus to relax when we went out doing things. It was also nice to have the cupboard with puzzles and games to entertain us while at the house.This place is perfect for families and friends.Everything was as described and clean

We absolutely love mixing the old with the new and we feel like this home was exactly what we wanted. It was one of the cleanest homes we have ever stayed in as well. The host was so workable and easy to contact whenever we needed her, which wasn’t needed. We would love to stay again. I call it home, instead of a house, because we truly felt at home, safe, and peaceful!

Originally from Seattle, we settled in Nocatee permanently in 2023. It was my dad’s dream to buy an Airbnb in St Augustine. We bought the house in 2023 in his memory and named it after him. Guests enjoy a complimentary box of his favorite candy, Frango mints, which we have shipped from Seattle.
