Regency Towers 825– Seas the Day

Enjoy staying at “Seas the Day” at Regency Towers in Panama City Beach! Newly updated and back on the market. This gated beach condo resort has 24-hour security and amenities include 2 large outdoor swimming pools (one heated), kiddie pool, hot-tub, fitness center, billiard room, newly remodeled poolside tiki bar – “Sandbar”, beach front bench swings, corn hole, 2 charcoal grilling areas, and large grass - green space area, and 560 feet of private beach. Regency Towers has fun activities scheduled weekly during the summer peak season. Such as: karaoke, movies on the lawn, and ice cream socials. There's something for everyone at Seas the Day.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, with plenty of counter space and a dishwasher. The dining area comfortably seats six guests, with additional seating at the kitchen bar, including a high chair. The washer/dryer ensures that you'll be able to pack light and wash anything you need. For your convenience, we have a beach wagon to carry all your stuff to the beach, along with some beach toys and beach umbrella.

Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, this unit features a one king bed, and one queen bed, one twin day bed, and triple twin bunk beds, and a pack-n-play. The Primary Bedroom with on-suite provides a peaceful retreat with its cozy king bed and balcony overlooking the gulf. Enjoy the beautiful views and create your own personal oasis.

Enjoy what the Emerald Coast has to offer. Jet skis, snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, deep sea fishing, going on the Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise or Sea Screamer. Or just relax on the sugar white sands with ice cold beverage. We’re close to St. Andrew’s State Park, 10 miles from Pier Park and Pirate’s Voyage Dinner & Show, and soon to open Top Golf.

Regency Towers requires a $40 registration fee, which includes wristbands and parking pass. Up to 3 cars are allowed; extra passes are $15 each, paid at the front desk during check-in.

Guests must be over 25 years old, and must register with the front office and purchase a wristband to have full access to all resort amenities during their stay. This is a requirement of Regency Towers.

We’ve stayed at the Regency Towers many times. This is the nicest condo we’ve ever rented. The beds were very comfy! And the owners were super accommodating! Everything was great. Despite a few weather issues, we had a wonderful vacation!

Condo was very nice, clean and spacious- exactly as described. Very good communication answering all questions. The kids also loved it and fit great in the bunk room. Condo well stocked with everything you need! Having the bar and grill "Sandbar" out at the pool was also convenient!

Condo was exactly as advertised. Spacious, with everything you need for a great vacation. Very clean upon arrival with check in being fast and convenient. Everything in the condo was up to date and the master bedroom was very comfortable. Condo is right on the beach with shopping just minutes away. They have a couple of large pools with great food and drinks available at the Sandbar. Nice private beach, not too crowded, and the 2 chairs that come with the stay worked out great. Highly recommend this place, looking forward to coming back soon.

Perfect for a family

This property is perfect if you are traveling with kids. More than enough beds for everyone. Well decorated and fully stocked with all the essentials. Great balcony with beach views. Book this unit, you will not regret it!

Wonderful condo !

We enjoyed this condo so very much that we booked it again for a later trip to PCB. The condo is decorated so nice and is very clean. Plenty of towels and everything in the kitchen you need. Super easy to get to the pool and beach. The owners are easy to get in touch with and makes the process so easy. Definitely will stay here again soon.

Excellent Condo

Very comfortable, roomy, decorated perfect and clean condo. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay tremendously! I only had to reach out to the host one time and they responded to me very quick and solved my minor issue. The kitchen was stocked with all things needed. Overall great stay!

This property is amazing especially for families!! We stayed with all of our kids ranging in age from 9-24. They have everything you need, just bring your clothes. The kitchen is stocked, the bedrooms are spacious with tons of drawers to keep your clothes. The condo is very clean and the beds are super comfy. The view is breathtaking and access to the beach is so easy. We have found our new home away from home for vacations!! 10/10!!
