The hosts were very attentive to my needs now he had great communication. His home has plenty of space and is perfectly located for anything you might want to do related to the Moffet Cancer Center, Busch Gardens, or the university. All of these are very close. Also, if you have the desires to go into Tampa., it is only a short drive away

AVOID. They are not prepared to host!!

When we arrived the thermostat was set on 50, and it was changed to 70. When we came back in later that night, it went back down to 50 and we changed it again, still went back down to 50, we ended up having to put it on HOLD so we wouldn’t freeze. There was a pullout couch. But we couldn’t pull it out because there were no extra sheets, there was also no extra blankets so those on the couch were freezing with the blanket that was on the end up the bed upstairs. There was only 1 full toilet paper roll and and one with 4 sheets on it. We were only staying 2 nights but had 5 people with us. There were no extra towels, no hand soap, no paper towels, no trash bags or trash cans in the bathrooms or kitchen. And the second night we came back from a long day at beach and tried to shower and there was NO hot water at 5pm. I was told by host that they would get me the extra toilet paper and soap at 10am that morning and never got them, they ordered them and wouldn’t arrive until a few hours when I spoke at 6pm. They were also going to send a plumber but he wouldn’t arrive for a few hours either. I had a 10 year old. We needed to shower and eat and at that time, what 10pm or laterIs when someone would show up???, no not happening when o have a younger child. So we left and didn’t stay for the second night. Avoid if you can. Not worth the money or the hassle.
