*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee per pet per stay or $125 for two pets, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced in backyard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
*SMOKING: Is not permitted inside the home, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs inside the home.

This was a work trip with my husband and we loved the location for dining! The house is older, but has been renovated with fantastic upgrades. The dining table was large so that we could spread out to do business planning for the new year. Kristen, with Cozy in KC, was responsive with answers to questions and everything went off without a hitch.
