This is a very spacious, casual European style home that has a central courtyard for gathering and entertaining. Set in a quiet area near the water, the home is very private and is just minutes to downtown and beaches. Walk or bike to town, restaurants, shopping, beaches.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The Main Home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a half bath. The Carriage House has an Ensuite Bedroom with a Full Bathroom on the 2nd Floor. The property has many gathering spaces. the main house has Living Room and 2 sitting rooms with TVs. The Carriage House has a Party Barn. There is an outside deck with seating and a large courtyard with seating.
The first floor has a kitchen, dining area, living room area, den with TV, Ensuite Primary bedroom with full bath with shower. There isa screened in porch off of the dining area. A half bath is also located on this floor. On the 2nd floor there is another den/sitting area, a bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with 4 twin beds and s shared full bath that as a combo shower/tub. The carriage house has a second ensuite primary bedroom with full bath and glass walk in shower. There is also an enclosed party barn that has a TV to watch a game or play pool/ping pong on a convertible game table. In back of the house is a separate small office with air-conditioning.
