To provide important context for future guests, we had just wrapped up a major infrastructure project to replace the home's plumbing. During our peak summer season, guest changeover windows are incredibly tight. Our professional cleaning team required every minute of that preparation window to clear the final construction debris and deep-clean the home. Because your party arrived two hours prior to our standard check-in time, you unfortunately walked into a property that was still actively in the middle of being serviced. We want to assure all travelers that hygiene is our top priority. We invest heavily in professional turnover, and all sheets and towels are strictly washed and sanitized between every single stay. Because the turnover was interrupted by the early arrival, the fresh linens had not yet been placed on the beds, though we keep a fully stocked closet with extra sheets, pillows, and towels available at all times. The major utility work is complete, the property is safe, and our listing images are kept fully updated to accurately reflect the current state and layout of the home. We are glad our property manager was able to assist you, and we have tightened our check-in protocols so that future guests only enter the property once it has been fully inspected and prepared by our team.
