Maui Vista vacation

My husband and I stayed at this condo for two weeks in February 2025. We thought it was well stocked and very clean. we really enjoyed that items provided to take to the beach like chairs and an umbrella. We had a view of the ocean and we could walk across the street to the beach . The location was great and we could walk to many activities. The street noise was a little loud while sitting out on the lanai. We personally didn’t mind it. The only downfall is the bedroom is a little dark and it was hard to get to all the outlets. Overall, this was a great condo and I would recommend it.

The property is close to restaurants, shopping centers, and walking distance to the beach. The apartment is facilitated with a full kitchen/laundry, beach chairs/beach towels/snorkeling devices. It is an old building with bedroom window facing the walkway. The property manager is friendly and quick in response.

Everything you need

Great location. Very clean and well stocked for 2 people during a 10 day stay. If there are more people or staying longer you will need to get more supplies. Everything is there for trips to the beach and all is in good shape. Very pleased with our stay. If I had a complaint it would be the checkout time is pretty early and makes for a long wait at the airport. Cheers.

Beautiful views!

Clean , beautiful condo. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Quiet clean building. I would agree with other reviews the bed was a little too soft but everything else was fabulous.

Beautiful unit

The location of the unit is directly across from the beach. Great king size bed, quiet air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The furniture was comfortable and in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked as was the beach gear, beach chairs and an umbrella. We cant wait to come back.

Great property. Great view. Clean and well stocked with amenities. Some property owners will “milk” deferred maintenance not the case here. Location is fantastic and right across the street from a fabulous beach. Keyless lock was also a plus. 315 is a “Maui 10”. One more thing, Maui Vista also deserves a 10

Perfectly located, clean and very comfortable condo across from beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo, with all the amenities For comfort and enjoyment. Especially appreciated the large screen TVs in both living room and bedroom. Although air conditioning available, we never needed to use it with the natural breezes of Maui. Beach chairs and snorkel equipment provided. Loved the king-sized and very comfortable bed. Professional, courteous and readily available management by Malinee. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Great stay at a great price

This is our second time staying at Maui Vista (first time staying in this condo). My husband and I love this complex! You can walk right across the street to Charlie Young beach and it's a quick access to anywhere in the southern shore. Just a quick 20 minutes to the north, and 40 minutes to up country. Fantastic views, weather of the ocean or the mountain. 10/10 would recommend and we'll be back again!

We have always stayed at Maui Vistas but this was our first stay in this unit. Had everything needed and a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Bed was comfy too!

Great condo close to great beach

Very good condo close to Charlie Young beach. Well stocked kitchen, great bed and sheets, beach chairs, etc. The only downside is the noise from the road when windows are open or sitting on lanai. Otherwise, excellent.

Perfect cozy getaway with ocean views

We highly recommend this property for a number of reasons: cleanliness, numerous upgrades, third floor location, ocean views, super comfortable bed, proximity to the beach, good value and 
. Very importantly
. A very responsive and accommodating property manager who helped us so much making last minute arrangements to move into this beautiful property. We loved it here and will be back renting the same unit next time.
