This is a nicely appointed 2 bedroom, 2 full bath ground level, bayside condo. The sunlight filled open living space connects directly to the dining room, allowing for easy flow between lounging and mealtime. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped. Your sleeping arrangements include a Queen-size bed in the primary bedroom with a ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV for convenient in-room entertainment. The second bedroom has a Full-size bed and a ceiling fan. There is no TV in this room. The bathrooms have a tub/shower combination and the condo contains a stackable washer and dryer.
Guests receive two parking permits for use in the community lotâan important convenience during peak season. Please do not park in any other assigned space. You are a short walk to the beach and the iconic Ocean City boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf, and local nightlife.
There is guest access to the seasonal outdoor community pool, located just steps from the unit. Everyone needs to obey pool, community and condo rules.
