Ne rĂ©servez rien avant de m'envoyer un e-mail pour vous assurer qu'il est ouvert. Les stations de plein air est un parc de maisons mobiles UPscale. Les modĂšles de parc sur place sont trĂšs bien entretenus et propres. L'ensemble du parc est bien entretenu. Il y a un club-house avec des petits dĂ©jeuners, dĂźners, danses et fĂȘtes frĂ©quents. Ils dĂ©tiennent des jeux de cartes et Bingo. Cours d'exercices et de nombreuses autres classes. C'est un parc trĂšs populaire et les mois d'hiver sont trĂšs difficiles Ă  obtenir pour un sĂ©jour d'hiver. RĂ©servez tĂŽt. C'est si gentil.

Melbourne Resorts is an upscale mobile home community with lots of amenities. There is access to 3 different pools, tennis courts and shuffleboard, among other things. The residents were all very friendly, waved and said hello as they were on their walks. The home was well kept and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The hostess was very communicative. Would definitely stay there again.

Staycation

We stayed at Eileens place for 3 nights and couldnt be happier. Outdoor resorts is a great place to relax and unwind. It is very quiet and the pools are very nice!

This is a great resort to enjoy Melbourne Beach! It has everything and super nice people! The lodging has steps and some low ceilings but is in a great location.

Two month stay

We had a great two month escape from a northern winter staying here! The accommodations were in a perfect location and Eileen, the owner, was very easy to work with. She was prompt to reply if we had questions or needed anything. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable and we felt at home during our stay. We would come back and stay here again!

a great place for kids

We had a great time! We were steps from the pool and I felt safe with the children walking and riding scooters in the park because there was almost no traffic and everyone was very nice. We went to the zoo and the space center while here and both were great!

Family getaway

Property was as stated
 there were some minor hiccups but overall stay was ok. This is in an older adult community so I wouldn’t recommend to anyone besides family traveling.

Beautiful and Quiet

The park model home was perfectly laid out and very decorated. The neighborhood was peaceful and the pools were great and heated. The owner was great and very responsive to any and all questions. All in all it’s a great place to stay.

A little piece of paradise!

We had a phenomenal stay. I would say the building is like those tiny houses! It made it quaint and fun. The grounds were amazing three pools steps to the ocean river. We had everything we needed.

Great place & close to everything in Melbourne Beach

The trailer was very nice, but more suited to someone with young children to stay upstairs in the tight bed room. The trailer was very cool in the front area/kitchen, and not as cool in the main bedroom. Perfect if you are getting out to go to the pools or the beach.

Vacation

It was ok, but I hated that the owner controlled the a/c. I had to contact her to turn it colder for the first couple days, but then it was fine. The a/c units are very old so the one on the porch doesn’t cool the porch down. Again she had it on a control, it turned off at 11pm and then comes on at 9 am. So that was terrible when we had family and couldn’t sit out on the porch after 11. The trailer needs some TLC. Be sure to take your own toilet paper, it is not provided.

Great value

We had a great stay. A few pleasant surprises with this property. It’s literally steps away from one of three pools. This pool is on the river where we say numerous fish, pelicans and dolfins swimming right up to the edge of the pool deck. A second pool in the center of the grounds and a third on across the street from the park directly on the oceans beach. Plenty of room and clean within the unit. We will definitely be back.

Needs some love

Very small bedroom which is OK but, the ceiling fan is only about 4 ft from the top of the bed. Be careful if you sit up. Upstairs bedroom? has to be crawled into, air conditioner needed serious filter change/cleaning. The Florida room is not air conditioned, the ceiling fans did not work so, utilizing it for meals or anything but a pass thru was not possible because of the heat. The entrance door could be locked with a key however the side door to the florida room could not be locked (no lock at all). No issues occurred with being unlocked. Unit needs a serious deep cleaning. When we arrived there was a dried up coffee filter w/coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Attention to details by cleaning person. There were very good beach towels, and bath towels. We also had to make the beds when we arrived. Linens were provided but, not on the beds. Owner advised that we should have called and informed her and she would have had someone fix the issues. Who wants to have cleaning or repair people rummaging around when they are on vacation. The facilities, pool, grounds, etc. were very nice. Unit just needs some love and attention. Will not house more than 3 people comfortably.

Remember to bring your own ....everything.

We arrived and there was a quarter roll of toilet paper left, no paper towel, no napkins....exc. The resort pool and hot tub was very nice and safe feeling. The trailer was clean enough and had lots of towels, sheets and dishes. Anything that could be used up like detergent, bleach, saran wrap, aluminum foil etc. there were none to be found. If you need any of these things be sure to bring your own.

I have been coming to Melbourne Beach for 20 years when my parents were here. We fell in love the the area and bought our own home here several years ago. Since we loved Outdoor resorts so much and had many friends in the park, we decided to buy a Park Model in the park also.. . If you have an electric car there is an extra fee for that.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

There are so many things to do in Ourdoor Resorts. All my travelers love the Park and all the Amenities and the pools are gorgeous. The GOlf course is only a half mile away. Another plus

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You are never bored staying in the Park and you meet so many people with the same interests. Boat launch for a small boat or jet ski. Kayaks welcomed.
