C'est une escapade idéale pour un couple ou une personne seule. 100Ft de l'océan Atlantique et 8Ft de votre propre piscine. Ceci est l'unité de rez-de-chaussée d'une maison privée de 3 étages. Les propriétaires occupent les étages supérieurs. Notre objectif est de vous offrir des vacances tranquilles et relaxantes. Nous nous efforçons de respecter votre vie privée tout en étant assez proche pour répondre à tous vos besoins. Vous serez probablement accueillis par notre Border Collie Jax. Il suffit de prendre un frisbee et il sera votre meilleur ami!
2 vélos et un kayak de mer sont à votre disposition

This property was the perfect getaway! It is so close to the beach and has a great pool. In addition, Jen is super responsive and willing to help/communicate as much as you need her to. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again!

This will be our get away stay from now on. Jax the dog was so much fun. Jen and Bill are awesome. The yard made you fill like you were in Hawaii. Very private and just across A1A a private entrance to the beach. Publix is just a few miles south of property. Can't wait to bring our friends. Bring P&B doggie treats for Jax, they are his favorite. And maybe you'll get to meet Layla his little cousin, a black/white Border collie who is so sweet.

Slice of heaven

Although our favorite part of our stay was Jax and we miss him terribly already, everything about this place was perfect. Location, location, location. The property is a slice of heaven. The hosts are SO ACCOMMODATING. WE CAN NOT WAIT to go back!

Wonderful location and very gracious hosts

Everything was great, the only thing that was an issue was it was a little warm inside the rental. No thermostat in the bungalow and we ended up sweating away in the night. But a beautiful home and very friendly hone owners.

Quick getaway

Jen was the best hostess we’ve ever had in the many vrbo rentals we’ve enjoyed. We couldn’t get enough of the layout of their beautiful back yard. Jax was a wonderfully sweet fur baby we enjoyed playing with, and my husband enjoyed some great conversations with Billy. We were very cozy in our private home away from home, and everything needed was there for us to enjoy. There really is no better place across the street from the ocean than their home. I’m a convert
I used to always to stay oceanfront. No more. The quiet, quaint feel of their home will make you wish it was yours. Cheers!

Lovely and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment door is adjacent to the outdoor area with the pool. We loved sitting on the porch. The beach is across the street. It was a nice getaway to relax and unwind. Jen is very sweet.

Anniversary Getaway

We chose this location for the relaxing pool, outdoor area and close proximity to beach. It didn’t disappoint. We found ourselves relaxing poolside, on the porch then in the evening enjoying the fire pit. You must be a dog lover, as the owners do have a friendly border collie named Jax. Can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic Property

What an incredible experience! This retreat is truly a five star gem. The pool area, nestled amidst lush tropical landscaping, exudes a luxurious resort-like atmosphere. The ground floor unit was impeccably clean with top notch linens and a cozy queen bed. Communication with the owners was outstanding ; they were simply fantastic people who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. And who could forget Jax the resident border collie who we enjoyed playing frisbee with.. This retreat exceeded all expectations and provided an unforgettable weekend!

Beautiful cozy poolside relaxation retreat

Cute little stay away! Short walk to mostly private beach! Beautiful pool and property! Safe for our little doggies and made friends with Jax!! Jen was great very accommodating! We even got to see a rocket take off at night! Very cool!!

Felt like home

Jen, Bill, and Jax made us feel very welcomed from the start and were very accommodating! The pool area was beautiful, quiet, and very relaxing. The beach was just a short walk across A1A with very few people! Overall a very nice vacation.

wonderful!

I have been all over the place! I rented this place because it was so close to the beach! Didn't need the beach? The pool was great! The doggy friends made us miss ours a little less! I will be back for sure. My family in Melbourne loved the property so much! They came for lunch most days becuase my Dad had radiation in the afternoons. The owners are wonderful people! They accommodated our daughter at the last minute so she could see her sick grandfather. There is lots of shade and sun to enjoy around that wonderful pool. We enjoyed every minute while staying at this property. The stores are very close. Just picked up what we needed when we wanted. I would recommend this property to anyone! Thanks to Jen, Bill and our doggy friends:)
