Washington DC Fireworks

We had an amazing time in Washington DC. This home offered rooftop seating which made the July 4th fireworks viewable from all directions! We also seen many museums! Great location!

Do not stay here! Number one is safety; someone entered our vacation rental after we had locked up and left for the day. When we came back for the day to an unlocked door, the entire first floor was saturated in weed smell and our well traveled dog was shaking in fear. Additionally: 1. There was supposed to be a BBQ, but there was not one present. So our plans of BBQing were ruined. 2. Half the furniture that was pictured in the top deck was missing. 3. The floors turned your feet black in seconds. The place was quite dirty as those floors have never seen a mop. Despite one of the house rules being no shoes. 4. There were not any paper towels provided for trying to clean up the kitchen after ourselves. Nor dish towels for drying any dishes nor hands.5. There was not enough wash clothes provided nor enough soap to even wash them ourselves. 6. The supposed pull out sofas were insanely tiny and could not fit everyone for family time. 7. The beds on the second and third floor were rock hard, while the Murphy bed in the basement was so used both ppl couldn’t help but be rolled against each other all night. 8. No where was it specifically stated that only one parking space was provided9. The property needs major mosquito treatment as we were all eaten alive even during the day. 10. At one point we unplugged the WiFi as the owner kept turning the AC back up and he repeatedly did this.
