Ce condo du Phoenix East, situé au 12e étage du Golfe, offre une vue magnifique sur le golfe et le col de Perdido.

Ce condo vient de subir un remodelage majeur. La nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit sur mesure et de nouvelles armoires. Le réfrigérateur a une machine à glaçons.

Le salon comprend un canapé-lit Queen et une nouvelle télévision de 55 pouces avec de nombreux sièges et touches de designer.

La table à manger peut accueillir quatre personnes, avec deux tabourets de bar dans la cuisine pour des collations informelles.
Les baies vitrées offrent une vue imprenable sur le golfe et le col.

La chambre principale a une entrée privée sur le balcon, de nouveaux meubles et une grande télévision murale à écran plat. Elle dispose d'un lit king-size.

La salle de bain principale a des comptoirs en granit et une double vasque, ainsi qu’une douche carrelée de luxe.

La deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits Queen avec de nouveaux matelas, une télévision à écran plat murale et une salle de bains attenante rénovée avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit et un ensemble douche / baignoire.

L'unité a également une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Le balcon a une table et quatre chaises, de sorte que vous puissiez savourer un repas en regardant les vagues sur la plage de sable blanc.

Great stay

Excellent for Fourth of July! We had fireworks right outside the patio and didn’t even have to leave.

4th Family Fun

Loved that we could watch the boats coming in and out to the bay and we had the perfect 4th of July fireworks show from the balcony. The condo was clean, updated, and the perfect location for our family!

We took my parents with us for the first time and this condo was so cute and cozy! My favorite part was HOW CLEAN IT WAS, i was so impressed. We will definitely be coming back

Orange Beach October vacation

Overall very nice. amazing view of the gulf. Extremely friendly staff available and helpful. Close proximity to the Shrimp Festival in Gulf Shores. Beach was exceptional. Only improvement is that the mattress in the master bedroom should probably be replaced as it is settling toward the middle.

Very impressed! Nice location, family oriented. Had problems with group next door partying all night

With a family, with 2 small kids, perfect location. It was away from the riffraff & busy scene. Clean beaches and pools. Condo itself was great, very clean & well kept. Only had problem with neighbors, could not take my kids out on balcany for they were smoking week our whole trip and partied loudly at night. For most part very pleased with our experience.

I want to go back now please:) While the weather didn’t fully cooperate, our vacation was still perfect. The view and beach just can’t be beat. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 5. I highly recommend!

One of the best rentals in Orange Beach

I was pleasantly impressed! It was the updated and clean! Sometimes pictures false advertise, not 1203! It looked better in person. We felt at home and check in was so quick and easy! The only problem I would say is only one elevator was working, but it was repaired in a timely manner.

Great views

The location and the views are great, saw dolphins almost every day from the balcony. The layout is good for 2 couples to comfortably stay. Only drawbacks i would mention is there are no dressers to unpack and put your clothes away and they really need more comfortable furniture in the living room. It is functional but not comfortable to sit and appreciate the views. I also wish the renter would have been more communicative prior to the stay. I needed to know how late arrival time could be and i tried multiple times to get answers through the live chat, phone and email and had no success.

Wonderful location, but needed more info!

The condo and location was beautiful. Beaches were clean. I wish the staff was more up front about the expectations of the guest as far as what to bring. They provided one roll of toilet paper, one trash bag, one dish washer packet, and one trial size bottle of shampoo. We asked for more a couple times but staff just said they did not have it or didn’t know where it was instead of explaining that it is all we get. I would have brought what I needed from home if I would have known this and avoided spending time and money in the grocery store. Pools were lovely, and it seemed like a pretty quiet place to relax.

Beach with Family

Our condo was great. It had everything needed to make a vacation perfect. In years past when we stayed at a Phoenix. Our week at this Phoenix was just as great as any other time until the last day. We have always left our beach chairs and things by the front door. That was a mistake this year!! As we were packing, getting ready to leave other families were also leaving. My daughter noticed that the people the the condo next to us were also leaving. When they left they took our three beach chairs and a brand new sports umbrella. We were on the 12th floor and by the time we came out of our condo to carry our things down, the people in the other condo were long gone. Then to make matters worse, the elevators were extremely slow! We waited over 15 minutes for the elevator.

The room was generally clean although there was a good bit of sand on the floors when we arrived. The view was spectacular, service was fine. The TV had DISH Network and didn't work half the time we were there although the sky was clear as a bell. The balconies are not very private, while we had our own balcony you can see and be seen by your very close neighbors.

Family vacation

The condo was even better looking in person! We could not have been more impressed and pleased with our stay. The furnishings were beautiful, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. My personal favorite feature was the master bathroom which had dual shower heads! I strongly recommend staying at this condo. Very clean and more upscale than the others.
