We appreciate you bringing the sofa bed and coffee maker to our attention. Had we known the coffee maker wasn’t working during your stay, we would have been happy to replace it right away. Aloha, We’re sorry to hear that the condo did not meet your expectations. We do feel this review is not an accurate representation of the property. The listing photos were taken less than a year ago and accurately depict the condo and its furnishings. The sofa was also recently professionally steam cleaned. While the exterior side of the entry door and surrounding trim do have some scuffing from normal wear, this is cosmetic and not representative of the condition of the interior. We take cleanliness seriously and wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during the stay so we could have had the opportunity to address them.
