This place has a nice balcony with a view of the ocean, and a good view from the living room too. It’s very well decorated and looks really nice. The kitchen is stocked well enough to cook meals in. And the beach access is great. But it’s not a very comfortable stay. The mattress & linens weren’t great, and the couch was very small and uncomfortable. You can also hear all the neighbors & everyone in the pool can see you. So it’s a nice stay, but not if you prioritize privacy & comfort.

We are so glad to hear you still enjoyed your stay and found the property nicely decorated and well stocked. :) We are very sorry to hear it was not as comfortable as expected. We have not had this concern mentioned before, so it is definitely something we will look into further. Mattresses can be especially challenging, as every guest has different preferences when it comes to firmness and comfort, but we do understand how important a good night’s sleep is and will certainly take your comments into consideration. We do want to note that most of our complexes located above the pool area can occasionally have some ambient noise from guests enjoying the pool. That is simply part of the setting, and many guests enjoy being able to overlook the pool and see families having fun, but we understand it may not be ideal for everyone. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we truly appreciate you staying with us! :)

Well appointed and maintained - especially the kitchen. I'd like it better if it was on a higher floor and faced due east rather than northeast ( for the sunrise ) but still a fine place to stay in a great location.
