Ce magnifique condominium de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain vous fera sentir comme chez vous loin de chez vous. Dormir confortablement six personnes, ce condo est situé au 9Úme étage de Phoenix II.

· Le salon dispose d'un décor charmant, d'un canapé-lit queen-size et d'un grand téléviseur à écran plat mural.

· La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les principaux appareils et comptoirs en granit..

· Table de salle à manger en osier pouvant accueillir six.

· La chambre principale a un lit king-size, une télévision murale à écran plat et un accÚs au balcon.

· La salle de bain principale a un meuble lavabo simple avec des comptoirs en granit et une combinaison baignoire / douche avec baguette de douche amovible.

· La chambre d'amis dispose de deux lits jumeaux et d'une télévision à écran plat.

· Le balcon devant le golfe comprend des chaises longues pour profiter de la vue, ainsi qu'une table et des chaises supplémentaires.

We stayed

The location and the access to the beach and pool were spot on. There was so many choices. However, with the price we paid for this unit for 3 nights, the dishes should be clean. I had to wash the dishes before using them. There was stuck on food. The kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning. All the knobs were grimy and sticky.

Clean with an odd smell

Property was everything that was listed. Just had an odd smell that lasted all days we were there. Great location, nice building, easy check in.

Orange lake

It was a nice time. Location was great. Furniture was outdated and beds were not attached to headboards which were barely hanging on the wall. Bathrooms and kitchen was clean. Overall beach made up for the downfalls. Only two elevators which were slow just have to be very patient.

Nice condo, great views, close to everything

This condo is in the center of all the action in Orange Beach, but it's located in one of the old Phoenix condo buildings. That's not a negative, but just know that you're not staying in a new building with numerous elevators (there are two servicing the building) so elevator waits can be extended during peak beach times. That said, getting to the beach is a short walk from the elevator and the condo has access to two nice pools. The owners have done a nice job of updating the condo with granite countertops and modern furniture. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and TV's in the master bedroom and second bedroom. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with all the items you would need for cooking and meal preparation; and we really liked how the owners labeled most things in the condo so you didn't have to guess at how something worked or what light was controlled by what switch. The views of the ocean and beach from the condo balcony are spectacular - perfect for watching the sunrise while enjoying your favorite morning beverage. I would suggest a new mattress for the master bedroom, but overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting this unit again for our next early October trip to Orange Beach.

Breath Taking View of the Gulf of Mexico!

We stayed in this unit for 4 days with our granddaughters, ages 12 and 9. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the sugar white beach and Gulf of Mexico. The comfortable, clean and convenient furnishings added to our enjoyment. The well supplied kitchen accommodated our vacation meals. We were close to entertainment and groceries. The girls really enjoyed the large pool and easy access to the gulf. We will definitely try to reserve this unit for our next visit.

Husband and Wife getaway.

This lovely, light and bright, super-clean condo does not disappoint! When I visit Florida, which I have for several springs over the last decade, I want a beautiful view, plenty of natural light, a clean place everywhere I look, and pleasantly modern furniture and pretty surfaces like a glass dining table and granite countertops. This unit has it all. It is so close to golf, to the gorgeous gulf beach, to great food, and breathtaking sunrise and sunset scenes. For those occasional rainy days, there’s a wonderful big screen and the generously proportioned master suite boasts a nice wall-mounted flat screen so the floor space isn’t congested with a big piece of furniture. I’m a realtor so I particularly notice how space is used, it’s flow and it’s tasteful dĂ©cor. Well done on all points! My husband and I can’t wait to return and bring our grandchildren.

If you love the beach and beautiful view of the ocean, this is the spot for you and your family!!!!

Perfect location for my husband and I. So much so, we have used the same condo two years in a row. The golf courses are plentiful and the beach and water view is spectacular. It has been fun to see the beautiful upgrades the owner has done in just a years time. Very clean, everything you need is right there. Love to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim by. The area has great restaurants, shopping, movies and more to choose from. Always something to do! And only a short distance from Pensacola, FL with more golf courses to choose from.

Very nice room with a great view of the beach/gulf

This is an excellent property and we will certainly book there again. The unit was roomy, clean and we had everything that we needed. We had a wonderful time, just wish we could have stayed longer. We brought coffee and filters, however the unit had a Kuerig single coffee maker which is probably standard at most properties. It was easy enough to pick up the K-packs at the market. This isn't a negative comment, just added it so others can plan their supplies.

Great Family VRBO rental!

We loved this condo & would highly recommend it! It was exactly as discribed & the pic's where accurate. The location was perfect for us, family of 4. The kitchen was outfitted with all the accessories (no spices, coffee, or foods) but everything else you would use to cook......toaster oven, keurig, etc. The condo was spotless, one of the cleanesr VRBO's I have stayed in. The beds & bedding where perfect. The patio facing the gorgeous beach was used often. I real have nothing but good things to say about this rental. It was perfect for our needs & I will keep it in my favorites for future use.

Great Family Vacation

I brought my 4 kids for their first trip to the beach. We had the best vacation!!! This property was very nice and clean. We had plenty of room. The view from the balcony was absolutely perfect! We look forward to coming back next year!
