We loved everything about this condo-location, beach, amenities, and more! The washer/dryer did stump us,less than tech -savvy group, but we were able to watch a YouTube video to help us. I would definitely consider coming back in the future!

This is a beautiful condo at a great location!

The accessibility to the beach, pool and restaurants/bars make this a great location. The condo was very nice and clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay!!

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is in a great spot really close to the beach on the quieter end of the island, which we preferred. All was in order and as expected. Thanks for an excellent stay.

We were truly impressed with this condo. The quality of the renovation and the attention to detail are exceptional. Every piece of furniture is beautiful, and the entire interior is thoughtfully designed with great taste. Everything feels stylish, modern, and incredibly welcoming.The condo is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything you need, and even the dishes are beautiful and a pleasure to use. There is a great variety of towels, and we especially appreciated that beach towels were provided as well.We also loved that so much beach equipment was available—beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling masks, fishing gear, paddleboards, and much more. The owners truly thought of everything, so we never had to worry about bringing or buying anything.One of our favorite features was the incredible proximity to the water. We enjoyed relaxing in the private lounge chairs and loved having steps leading directly into the water, making it easy to go for a swim whenever we wanted.The natural surroundings made this place even more special. The water was crystal clear, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunset over the water each evening became one of the highlights of our trip.You can truly tell that the owners put a lot of love and care into creating this place. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. This is one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in.

Jeanie and Kim Davenport were the best hosts of any recent stay we have had. The beachfeont condo was spotlwss and equiped withore than you will need for a comfortable stay. Just what We needed

We loved this property - the space was just right for our family of 5. Being right on the water was a very special treat - we took full advantage of the beach and the boogie boards! The neighborhood was quiet and very family friendly. The traffic heading to "downtown" Siesta Key got a little heavy at times but it was worth it to be away from the crowds when we chose to be. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great quiet place for a family

Wonderful place, complete with everything a family needs for a week at the beach. We were just disappointed with the beach…it’s quickly disappearing. I hope the state is able to restore it. We would love to come back but won’t until the beach is restored.

Love the location

Owners were very cooperative and willing to make changes to our reservation because of the beach renourishment. I appreciated their consideration and willingness to accommodate us if the beach was unavailable. The condo could use some updating and maintenance but was adequate for our needs. We look forward to returning.

Amazing views. Great location. Very easy with children - 8 and 11 years old. Had everything we needed to cook and extras such as sun shades and beach toys. We loved the kayaks and paddleboards. The breeze trolley made it very easy to get around. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We spent five nights after Christmas and through New Years Day. The unit is clean and extremely well stocked (THANK YOU!). We particularly love the ground level and being able to walk right out of the unit to only a few steps to the beach. The sunsets are incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again sometime this year.

Condo complex was quiet and well kept. The condo was well supplied, well equipped with lovely furnishings. One of concerns when renting is cleanliness. This condo was an 11 out of 10 for cleanliness! Location is awesome. Our GPS was less than cooperative and we had to text the owners. They called within minutes and easily got us to our destination. Everything was perfect.

An amazing vacay!!!

We spent 7 days at this amazing gem! Literally steps to the beach. Shorter beach to the ocean which was great as we were taking in as much ocean as we could. The bed was great! Dual shower head in main bedroom. Outside patio was nice. Everything but the food was provided. We have already booked for next year!!! It’s going to be a long wait to make our way down there but it will totally be worth it. You will not regret booking here! Family of 5 ( two 13 year olds and a 6 year old). Lots of room and they loved it.

Wonderful!

We stayed here as a family of 5 and it had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk out right on to the sand, with the beach foot steps from our door. They provided plenty of sanitizing wipes, laundry pods, dish soap and it had fishing poles, a tackle box, and some floaties/boogie boards, multiple beach chairs. We rented a boat privately and used the boat slip that was located right next to the parking lot which was awesome. We even used the large laundry room for our 3 year old to sleep in in a pack n play, so she could have her own area, as the laundry room is spacious. Great vacation. Thanks!

Amazing for kids and family!

I never leave reviews but have to for this one because it was amazing for our family. Our kids are 8, 6 and an infant. We didn’t have to go anyplace else in Florida. We just stepped right out to the beach. The baby could nap inside while one of us played with the kids on the beach. The sunsets each night were breathtaking. Usually family vacations aren’t that refreshing for parents-this was definitely the exception! We all had fun and were refreshed and THAT is rare! The property manager was prompt in getting back to us. All the toys and umbrellas made it so so easy to just walk in and relax:) You won’t regret staying here!!!!

Great Stay

Everything about the condo was as advertised or better. Ideal location. At end of key on Turtle Beach. First floor unit. Walk out to the sand. Short walk to get on beach. Beautiful views from the room. Great lanai. Very clean. Well appointed. Front of room is on water that leads out to the bay. Docks right there to stage your boat. Next time I may bring one. Park next to facility with boat ramp. Next time I will fish more. Spent a lot of time playing golf this time around. Sunsets are amazing. We will be back.
