Gorgeous two-story beach cottage with it all! A Balcony & a deck on a hill w/views & privacy. West of PCH, steps to famous Grandview Beach in the seaside town of Leucadia (the ocean side part of Encinitas). Each bedroom has a full sized bed (upper bedroom is loft style) Kitchen, bathroom, deck and 2 office spaces are newly remodeled. New floors. Two separate desk areas for remote work. Dedicated parking spot, washer/dryer, new A/C & heat. WiFi, TV's in each room. No pets no smoking 30 day minimum rental. You'll love this charming beach cottage minutes from Grandview Surf Beach entrance.
The beach offers consistently fun surfing and is pleasantly uncrowded. It's an easy walk to lots of great restaurants and a local market with a high walking score! Leucadia Donuts is 6 houses down the street! Cottage is equipped with everything you'll need. Lots of closet space
Two comfy full sized beds, washer/dryer, 3 Smart TVs, WiFi, outside living spaces on the deck and balcony, brand new air conditioner and heater.
Two surfboards and a bike for you to use.

It's comfortable and relaxed. Lots of windows for the cool beach breezes. A deck on the first floor runs the entire length of the cottage with outside living room and dining, half is covered for shade, the other half has an umbrella if you'd like shade while dining. A balcony on second floor for sunning and a great egg swivel chair that is comfy for reading or sunset watching with a friend. There's an outside shower to rinse off from your day at the beach.
