Magnifique condo face à l'océan avec une vue imprenable

Des vues spectaculaires et de magnifiques nids de soleil définissent cette unité récemment rénovée en bord de mer au quatrième étage. La salle familiale dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat et en grand écran pour le temps familial et la cuisine comprend tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour vous rendre chez vous!

La suite principale dispose d'un lit King confortable et d'une douche à l'italienne. La deuxième chambre comprend un lit queen et un futon (si vous avez besoin d'un espace de couchage supplémentaire). La troisième chambre du nid d'affût a deux lits jumeaux. Chaque chambre comprend une télévision à écran plat LCD avec lecteur DVD.

Pour les séjours plus longs, le condo est équipé d'une machine à laver et sécheuse à chargement frontal pleine grandeur. Détendez-vous sur le balcon face à l'océan, découvrez et profitez de la vue géniale. Vous n'avez même pas besoin d'aller à la plage!

Great Stay!

The location is fantastic, close to plenty of wonderful restaurants and a short drive into downtown Saint Augustine. The condo was quiet, clean, and had a terrific view of the ocean.

Perfect Location

Location was wonderful. Close to everything but away from all the action. Delightful grounds and a gorgeous beach! Truly enjoyed the view from the balcony each morning and evening and being serenaded by the resident mockingbird. Condo had all the basic things we needed and was clean and comfortable to be in. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Perfect Vacation spot

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful ocean front property! The condo had everything we needed for our 8 day stay. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the unit is convenient to everything including historic St. Augustine. Our only suggestion would be to provide more towels. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to he back again soon.

Hi Terry, Yes, we have rules posted which is very typical of any vacation property. The owner is in the process of replacing the recliner and the elevator is not broken, it needed to be reset, which was taken care of immediately. Beautiful view

The best thing about this condo is the patio size and view. From beautiful sunrise to stormy evenings, we were able to enjoy it all from the covered patio. The condo itself was the perfect size for the 6 people in our group with plenty of room to relax. I couldn’t give it five stars because the beds were a little beat up and uncomfortable and the third bunk room was next to the AC unit and very noisy. There was also an unpleasant musty smell coming from the vents. It improved slightly after we changed the AC filter, but could be bothersome for individuals who are sensitive to smell.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: CRC 1401 was described as recently renovated and a Gold standard condo on your website. The master bathroom's mildew shower and old tiles along with the old worn carpet in the bedroom brings this condo's rating down to a Bronze or lower. The patio doors need to be updated, also. My brother rented 1203 and that would be a Gold standard, in my opinion.

Love Colony Reef but our unit showing its wear

We still had a great time but the bathroom cabinet was broken, the screen door was broken, several glasses were cracked and leaked. Also there were no bath mats or any in the linens. Colony reef is a great complex but not sure I’d stay in this unit again.

We had reserved a condo then just a few days before our trip were told the owners needed the condo. If you are going to rent your condo and agree to a date it should be honored. We were with family and as a result we were not close to them. Sad.

Beautiful View on the Beach!

Fantastic location on the beach! Nice proximity to St Augustine. The balcony is wonderful- we really enjoyed spending time out here. Nice windows all the way around the living room as well. The furniture is comfortable. There is a humidity issue, which creates a very musty smell, and mold on the ceiling of the 3rd bedroom, as well as in both bathrooms. We had to keep the sliding door open at all times to help with the musty smell. Something we found very strange- there is nothing at this condo as far as supplies. There's no dish soap, no paper towels, no cooking spray, nothing. We had to purchase things that we've never had to purchase while staying at a place. We were only there for 3 days/4 nights so we found that to be a true waste of money.

Great Condo - Conflicting Rules

Kitchen is smaller than normal condo units. My grandson who is 8 wanted to use the hot tub when no one else was using it but a security guard told us that it would be a 100.00 fine with no dispute. However during our entire stay there were kids in the hot tub constantly. My grandson asked me if I would pay the 100.00 fine so he could use it...If you are going to establish ridiculous rules then ensure you are enforcing fairly. The rule should be first come first serve and accompanied by an adult.

Reviewer Comments: Disappointed...Upon checking in we found storm door closer torn away from wall, patio light hanging by wires out of wall, toilet paper holder off cabinet, floors sandy and dirty, and Black Mold in both bathrooms and in air conditioner vent in master bath. Sand could be seen under furniture. No carpet, floors should be wet mopped. TV service not what expected. We streamed what we viewed. Beds uncomfortable. A 2 rating is liberal.Not a clean, healthy, unit. Over Rated, Over Priced!

Customer Service?

We were contacted by the property manager on the day of our arrival and informed the unit we rented was unavailable due to a plumbing issue. We were told we were being relocated to a “nicer unit.” Upon arrival, we discovered the alternate unit we were assigned did not have the same amenities as the unit we booked (ie stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, leather sofa, or larger televisions etc) We immediately went back to the management office to voice our concerns. The property manager was assertive and dismissive. She informed us that we would have to pay an additional fee for another more comparable unit even though it was off season and the resort was not crowded. She did refund us the VRBO fee because the original unit we rented was not available, but offered no additional compensation for the lesser unit. It has always been my experience that anytime a property is not available, the customer is always upgraded and compensated appropriately without an additional charge. I feel the entire situation was handled inappropriately and unprofessionally. We enjoyed the beaches of St Augustine and will return again next Summer. We will not rent at this complex again.

Good morning Penny, I actually moved you because the unit you had booked was damaged due to the condo above it flooding so this unit had to have its flooring removed. I should have contacted you to find out if you would have preferred just to cancel the reservation as I put you in the most comparable condo given the time crunch. I'm glad you were refunded the VRBO fees and will review the reservation to check to ensure it was a gold unit to a gold unit and if not make adjustments to the refund given. We are very sorry about the issue, this was a very bad situation which is still under construction at this time. Thanks for your understanding, Lorri
