Découvrez la ville historique d’Augustin, «la plus ancienne ville du pays», dans notre condo nouvellement rénové à plan ouvert. Situé au 3ème étage, loin du bruit de la piscine, ce condo unique dispose d'une cuisine blanche et nette avec un îlot recouvert de marbre attaché à la table à manger, idéale pour des repas décontractés et divertissants. Le salon avec une porte coulissante mène au balcon et maintient une connexion visuelle entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur. Détendez-vous sur le balcon couvert et appréciez la vue magnifique sur l'océan Atlantique, la piscine et les jardins tropicaux. Regardez le lever du soleil tout en buvant une tasse de café et le soir, profitez de la brise fraîche pour une heure de détente relaxante.

Ce condo a trois chambres et deux salles de bains et un sol dur pour un nettoyage facile. Les tailles des lits sont les suivantes: roi dans le maître, reine et jumelle dans la deuxième chambre et 2 lits jumeaux dans la troisième. Une télévision intelligente à écran plat de 47 pouces avec lecteur DVD, une programmation par câble et un accès gratuit à Internet sans fil vous permettent de rester en contact avec le monde extérieur.

Wonderful Place

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large patio facing the ocean. Loved having my morning coffee there and watching the waves roll in. The complex its self was very nice, secure and well maintained. Easy walk to the beach. Was not too crowded for a holiday week ( Memorial Day). We will definitely book this condo again when whole family goes. Plenty of room. Only negative is the chairs on the patio are not comfortable. Take your own. And a tv in the bunk room would have been nice but neither would stop us from staying here again.

Nice location

We really enjoyed the location! The view and beach access were great. We had 1 issue of a smell and the property management team was on it right away. The master bed really needs a new mattress, it at a huge jump and was very uncomfortable and the comforter was dirty. Also missing kitchen essentials for cooking and the fire hydrant in the parking lot was leaking water for days and no one came to fix it. Sad to see water wasted. If they fix the mattress and add kitchen essentials like measuring cups and mixing bowls it would be a nice place to stay.

We have shared the feedback about the bed to the owner of the condo, and since your stay the unit has been deep cleaned so all the quilts and blankets are clean. Unfortunately, it took the city longer than we expected to address the water leak, but it is fixed now is no longer leaking water in the parking lot. Nice place amenities limited

Place was nice, safe, and clean. But really annoyed that the amenities could only be used for a short period of time. Hot tub closes right at dark so couldn’t get in hot tub after 6 pm. Indoor heated pool and racquet ball court were supposed to close at 10pm but they locked the doors by 9pm. Picked this property because of the amenities and payed extra to stay here and couldn’t even enjoy them because of time. I will stay somewhere else next time because of this.

Lynce, I am glad you enjoyed your stay! All of our amenities, including the outdoor hot tub, close at 9pm this time of year. This is reduced hours from our normal closure for the indoor pool due to staffing concerns. The outdoor pool area is required to be closed at sunset during the summer months to remain compliant with sea turtle regulations. I know this can be frustrating for some of our guests but we do our best to keep everyone informed including posted signage in the clubhouse area to make sure everyone is aware of the early hour closure. I am sorry this issue makes you wish to not return to our property but we hope in the future you will reconsider! Grace J. Rental Manager

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was exactly as described. It has a beautiful view of the sunrise, the green, and the pool. It is a little longer walk to this unit from the beach, but not much at all. The condo was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It had a regular coffee maker and a keurig. We would have liked blinds over the sliding doors. It makes it very hard to see the tv and it’s a little blinding at times. We also had a hard time with the WiFi on the tv, but we didn’t call for assistance like we should have. The master bedroom does slope as mentioned in other reviews, but we slept fine on it. The kids loved their beds. Colony reef club is a favorite for so many returning families that our kids ran into friends from last summer! It feels like home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location and property! We loved playing racquetball and using the indoor heated pool. We didn’t find the beach chairs inside a closet in a bedroom until we were leaving, but we didn’t hang out on the beach as too windy. We did take lots of walks on the huge beach and took lots of pictures! The outdoor pool wasn’t heated, so not in use much. The hot tub was great outside! St. Augustine was just a few minutes away. Grocery close. I would recommend opening all of the drawers and cabinets when you arrive to find all the great supplies. It was fun to discover how much storage there was in the kitchen! Secret hiding places.

Late summer stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was in a very good location. It’s the last unit in Building 1. It has an ocean view and is pretty quiet. It’s nice in summer because this building doesn’t get direct sun on the porch. The porch has a fan, electric grill and table/chairs. The interior kitchen and den has been renovated. Kitchen is well equipped. The den has a sectional. The extra LR chair was broken and this was reported. The master bedroom bed needs to be replaced but was fairly comfortable other than a squeaky bed frame. The other bedrooms and both baths were comfortable. There were some maintenance issues, particularly the exterior lock, and management has been advised. Great unit for a family, with boogie boards, games, beach toys and plenty of dishes, and good cookware. Would stay here again when maintenance items were addressed.

The master bed had a bit of a dip on one side, and could use some curtains / blinds over the main living room to patio doors. Parking is a bid challenge here, even though they use a color tag system. Many people are sharing the same units so are taking up all the parking, even if they get tickets.

The condo was very clean and loved all the upgrades. My kids love the grassy area to play sports and play with other kids whether it was kickball or cornhole. They love movie night and we loved all the opportunities to explore different food trucks. Kona ice was a big hit for my kids!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex was very nice. There were elevators which was nice considering we were in the 3rd floor. The pools were great. But there were a few hang ups with the unit. The unit was cute and had just about everything we needed. The master bed seemed great but the other beds were so horrible we could barely sleep. Not being able to get a good nights rest is huge and the owners should consider a mattress toppers or new beds. I really hate to drop the bug word but in our bedroom there was one of the biggest cockroaches I have ever seen. I called the front desk and they seemed responsive but no one ever came up to spray like promised. They basically said this was typical of Florida but still was unacceptable for the amount they are charging in crazy fees. We would consider staying at this property again but in a different unit.

Also, the shower head in master bathroom is impossible to get to center, sprays towards wall. The doors to porch need to be lubricated, hard to slide.
