Ceci est le condo parfait pour un couple pour se détendre et profiter de la plage. Ce condo beachy a un tout nouveau canapé, des centres de divertissement, une table de cuisine, une chambre à coucher avec un lit de gel frais king size. Vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin: serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, glacière de plage, accessoires de cuisine, verres à vin, magnifiques levers de soleil et couchers de soleil incroyables.

Ce condo est situé directement sur la plage avec une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil sur la rivière Halifax. Profitez du très grand balcon avec une nouvelle table et chaises de pub ou une chaise longue au cas où vous n'auriez pas assez de soleil au bord de la piscine et de la plage. Il y a aussi des chaises longues / chaises de plage ainsi que des parasols disponibles à la location directement sur la plage pour votre commodité.

Ce bâtiment en copropriété a une belle piscine avec beaucoup de chaises longues neuves et confortables ainsi que plusieurs tables et chaises. Il y a aussi un gril à charbon de bois sur lequel vous pouvez préparer vos repas et profiter de la vue sur l'océan. Il y a aussi une salle d'entraînement, un sauna et une bibliothèque sur place pour votre plaisir.

The bed was to die for with the exception of the top sheet. Very well "stocked" with amenities, some from previous renters. Sofa a bit on the soft side making it hard on an old fogey. But it was a good choice.

Very nice condo close to everything! Only a few minutes drive from the nearest amenities. Condo was very clean and a very pleasant stay overall.

The property was cozy, comfortable and clean! Beach access was super convenient and we enjoyed all the conveniences Jill has for the beach at the condo (beach chairs/towels/beach bag etc..) Condo was clean spacious had everything we needed. We enjoyed it very much. It does not have a beach view, but it has a view. Of the inland waterway, but we very much enjoyed staying there.

We enjoyed our stay and go to Daytona a lot. The condo is perfect for two people and is the cleanest place I think I have ever rented off VRBO.

Great location

This was perfect for my husband and I while taking in the Daytona 500. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach. It is nice and quiet too. Jill was easy to reach and provided clear instructions. Highly recommend.

Amazing place

Very clean and very cute. Had all of the basic accessories. Even coffee for the morning. Love this little place. Perfect location. Amazing access to the beach. Pool is absolutely perfect right by the beach.

Cozy place

Clean, quiet place! Has everything you need: dishes, extra pillows and blankets, beach towels. It’s away from the noisy area of Daytona but close to everything. Advice though is that if your mobility isn’t good, might want to go elsewhere because the stairs to the beach are short and steep.

Awful

Parking spot for unit 5A is a narrow space not suitable for a full size vehicle. Only other option is across the street. The view is terrible unless you enjoy looking at the parking lot or street. Very outdated and I would never stay here again !

As expected Jack, your review reflects a lack of accountability that matches your conduct during your stay. You left significant damage to the property and made no effort to report or resolve it. I take great care in providing a clean, respectful space for guests, and I expect the same in return. Fun on the beach

The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was welcoming. The other people in the building were friendly. It was nice having a secure area to park and store bicycles.

Another day in Paridise!

We had a wonderful time during our 10 day stay. The condo was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The manager Lisa, was very nice and accommodating, showing us all around the complex and giving us tips on places to eat and shop. Other tenants in the complex were very friendly We are looking forward to returning next year and hopefully extend our stand longer then 10 days.

Beautiful

Very close to everything. I just wish we were beachfront since we are from Canada and we don't have that nice opportunity to listen to the waves of the ocean. But overall the condo is awesome and the owner, Jill, is very nice and friendly.

Daytona week stay..

The condo was freshly painted and certainly met our needs. The building had been damaged by a hurricane and work is still being done. But 5A is done as well as the pool area. Good location and nearby restaurants and stores. Jill was easy to communicate with and prompt replies to questions were appreciated.

Host was very welcoming and fast with communication. This condo is nicely appointed with new furniture and a very comfortable bed. You will find all you need for cooking in the full kitchen, with every kind of pan and utensil you can think of. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit, which is very convenient. There were plenty of towels and laundry soap options. You will get a beautiful view of the sunset over the parking lot. The deck is huge and there is almost always a beautiful breeze. The AC and water pressure are wonderful. On property there is a beautiful pool and very large pool deck to enjoy. You are able to walk right into the beach. The building is secure with lots of cameras. This is conveniently located and it is in a quiet area. There’s a great nail salon (Blue Star) that is very reasonably priced. They did a great job. Also you’re cross from a great ice cream shop. Lots to do nearby. One thing to note, bring a smaller vehicle. The assigned parking space is a bit tight. The owners were more than accommodating and found me a spot nearby to park. You’ll love this condo!
