Vue sur la plage parfaite sous tous les angles! Sunbird 305W est un bijou!<br>NOV 17 RENO !! FRAIS!

Troisième étage, front de mer, avec vue panoramique sur le balcon. Parfait pour les couples! Gulf Front condo sur la plage. Sunbird est le couple parfait et une petite famille, une escapade à la plage. La chambre dispose d'un lit king, avec une porte coulissante sur le balcon qui est enjoint par le salon. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon qui est parfait pour les enfants.
Cette unité B toujours populaire à Sunbird offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'ouest et se trouve sur un excellent plancher! L'ananas de Willy est juste la prochaine porte. Vous cherchez un endroit pour vous évader et vous retirer à la plage? Quelque part vous pouvez vous asseoir et écouter les vagues s'écraser contre le rivage toutes les heures de la journée et se détendre totalement? Cette unité est l'endroit idéal pour rajeunir. Sur un étage bas avec une vue fantastique, il est facile d'aller et venir de votre unité, vous avez également accès à trois piscines face à la plage ainsi que des jeux de plein air. Aventurez-vous sur votre balcon avec un verre à la main et regardez le soleil se fondre dans la ligne d'horizon. C'est le lieu où il faut être.

Our hosts were very welcoming. We had everything we needed including a fantastic view of the Gulf and the sunsets. Bed was very comfortable. I would do this again.

Amazing Trip

This is an amazing property. We have stayed at Sunbird for the past 3 summers and this unit is by far the best. Beautifully done inside with the perfect view. They have thought of all the little things to make your trip more enjoyable. And the rental of chairs and umbrella on the beach is a plus. We will be staying here on a future trips. A

Great time on the Beach

Excellent location with fast elevators, clean & well maintained property. Gated & secure property which includes multiple units. Our unit was tastely decorated & included everything you would need on a vacation. Having the beach chairs included was a plus.

Great condo

Keith is an excellent host with quick responses and clear communication. The interior decor has impressive and beautiful design with outstanding views of the sunset from the balcony with comfortable chairs and cushions. Highly recommend this exceptional condo!

This property is cozy, tastefully decorated, and the process was an easy one. When it states 4 people, there is a reason! For my daughter, 2 grandsons, and myself it was perfect. I would recommend this property!

Amazing View!

I stayed with my 2 daughters May 28th to June 1st at this beautiful condo! Our view from the room was so BEAUTIFUL! the sunset at night was magical. The location was perfect and within walking distance to many places to eat! Shopping is close by as well. Another very appreciate amenity was having the 2 beach chairs included in our rental as well as some beach towels for our convenience. It was such a NICE added bonus! We made a lot of GREAT memories! Thank you!

Nothing Lacking Here!

It could be tempting to find a fault or deficiency with this little jewel, since my husband and I would like to keep it for ourselves. Once word spreads I am afraid it may be difficult to rebook. Everyone looks for something different in a beach condominium, and it can be hard to find it all in one place. But it's all wrapped up in one package here. My husband and I wanted a one bedroom with sofa pullout option in case needed........directly on beach....clean and well maintained....and with charm and personality. We found the minimum plus so much more! This is a spotless and lovely decorated condo that obviously reflects the owners' love of family and gathering at the beach for making memories. The owners' description and photos were accurate. Condo actually prettier in person. We loved the location, and it was great to walk thru the property's side gate and be at the door of Pineapple Willy's. PW's had great food for casual dining, afternoon snacks, or drinks. While the building has 12 floors, we have grown tired of time lost traipsing to the top of the world when going in and out or having to go back for a forgotten item. So the third floor location we loved; balcony view still spectacular! Full evening and sunset views. The owners were very gracious and communicative and went above-and-beyond to answer every question and meet every need. My husband and I were encouraged to call them if we encountered any, even small. question or problem. Our stay just couldn't have been better, and we haven't a single negative comment! Thank you Keith and Janine! We look forward to returning to your little jewel!

Amazing condo

As soon as we walked into the room our breath was taken away. So beautiful, clean and just the prefect location. I was a little worry booking through vrbo. This was the first time ever using the site. I skipped this listing at least 10 times while looking, but kept seeing it pop up. The listing was the only one out of many that actually told us what floor they were on. ( my husband hates staying passed the 4th floor.) Im so glad I decided to book with them. We have for years been coming down to PCB and have wanted to find a place were we could book every year and know the owners and the condo. We found our forever place to stay at the beach. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful slice of heaven with us.

This is a fabulous place! Easy access to beach and pool. Never a wait for the elevators. Views are amazing! It was clean and comfortable and we’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Condo with Amazing Views

My stay in PCB was perfect - Wonderfully updated and beautifully decorated 1-bedroom condo with amazing views of the beach. Location of the resort made it easy to get to all the delicious local restaurants. Had a blast. I highly recommend.

Clean, convenient, and relaxing!

We had a great time 305W! The views from the condos were amazing, and access to not only the beach but local restaurants made the stay very relaxing. Keith sent all necessary information in a timely manner and made booking very easy. Would definitely recommend to a friend and book again!

Perfect for young family

Keith was very accommodating! Any hiccups or needs were met promptly. The third floor room eased my anxiety about small children on the balcony and no wait for elevator! Very short walk to Beach! Our trip was amazing! We will be returning to this unit!
