This updated condo features a private west-facing balcony that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it ideal for a family beach vacation, a couples' retreat, or any special occasion.

The recently remodeled bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a new smart TV for your comfort and entertainment. In the ocean-view living room, you'll find a brand new Kildonan leather sleeper sofa equipped with an upgraded memory foam mattress, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep without the hassle of removing cushions or dealing with a center bar.

The well-equipped kitchen and shared BBQ grills make dining in a breeze. Sunbird Beach Resort boasts a variety of onsite amenities for guests to enjoy, including three beachfront pools (one heated seasonally), new pool decks, a tennis court, shuffleboard, a fitness center, beach volleyball, and direct access to some of the world's most beautiful beaches.

Great room and view

This place was beautiful!!

We had a great stay. Mostly restful since the weather was chilly and the spring breakers seem to control the beach but we made the most of it!! Beautiful condo and perfectly placed by Pineapple Willy’s. Our favorite restaurant in PCB. We will return!!

Great ocean view and very clean!

1010W was very clean and equipped with everything you need while on vacation! Great ocean views, a few steps away from Pineapple Willeys, short walk/drive to many breakfast places. Highly suggest Sunrise Cafe, Fatty Patty’s, and Andy’s flour power cafe and bakery as all were very delicious! We have stayed at the Sunbird Resort a few times now and are always pleased. Will definitely be back again!

I received friendly support at all times and my condo looked just like the pictures. It was clean and so comfortable. I felt like I was at home. Parking was good and access to the beach was so convenient.

Quick getaway

This condo is fabulous and the view from the balcony is even better than the pictures. The inside is beautifully decorated and perfect for an individual or couple. My only regret is that i didn’t book longer!

Great Location

This property is in a great location. The property itself could use some updating. The condo lacked enough dinnerware for four persons to eat. Also the internet stinks.didn't have tv the first day because of it.

Spring Break trip

The condo was very nice. Perfect for a small family to enjoy. We had a minor maintenance issue during the stay and the host was extremely fast and helpful in communication and having it addressed. The location can be very busy during Spring Break dates, but that is expected being next door to Pineapple Willy's. Any complaints we had about our vacation were all unrelated to the condo or hosts (traffic was heavy and the crowds were very large), but the condo was comfortable, clean, well stocked, quick elevators, great pools, and great beach!
